Gauri: aur kitna vact? Kabse iss auto mein chalre hai?
Anika: Gauri we left 10 minutes ago, aur venue bas abhi yahi hai
Anika rolled her eyes at the impatient girl sat beside her. Soon enough they pulled up near to the venue, and Gauri rushed out.
Gauri: it's more beautiful in real life
Anika: shaadi ka venue isse bhi acha hai
Gauri: andhar challe?
Anika: haa, after you
After heading inside they found Shivaay, Om and another man whom Anika didn't recognise
Anika: Gauri, who's the third one?
Gauri: abhi introduce karti
Gauri takes Anika up to the three, who greet one another
Gauri: Di yeh hai Rudra, Om aur Bade Bhaaiya ka chota bhai. Rudy, this is Anika my sister
Rudra: Hey
Anika: good morning
Rudra: vese aap bohot khoobsurat ho, by the way I'm available...
Shivaay: Rudra
Rudra looks at the death stare given to him by his eldest brother.
Rudra: available to make your setting with someone
Anika: thanks for the offer lekin I'd rather stay single
Rudra: theek hai
Shivaay: aab jis ke liye aaye, voh kare?
Anika: theek hai, bas aap dono venue ko dekho. Agar kohi changes banana hai toh please batao. Matlab decorations mein agar kuch acha nahi laga, ya furniture sahi nahi hai
Gauri: sab kuch acha lagta
Anika: I don't want to chance it. Tum meri ek hi behn ho, it has to be perfect. Aur meine aaj tak, tum dono se better jodi nahi dekhi
Om: thanks Anika, chall Gauri?
Gauri: chalte
He took her hand in hers like a gentleman and the two happily headed off
Rudra: Di mein bhi unke saath jaa sakta?
Anika: of course Rudra, jaaye
He also hurried along, becoming the usual kabab-mein-haddi that he was.
Shivaay: decorations bohot acha hai
Anika: ji, thank you
Noticing her quietness, he decided to confront her
Shivaay: Anika what's wrong? Why are you so quiet? Kuch hai, that's bothering you?
Anika: no, I'm honestly okay
Shivaay: it's about Mr Sharma, Isn't it?
She took a pause before confessing
Anika: yes. After we confront him, I'm just scared voh kuch bada karega, jiski vajhe se Gauri ya aapke parivaar ko nuksaan aaye
Shivaay: you'll be okay, I'm telling you
Anika: acha back to work, did Om try the outfit?
Shivaay: yes, perfect fit
Anika: that's fine. Mein abhi aati
She left Shivaay standing in his place and rushed to the women's bathroom. As he saw her run off, he noticed the fact that her bag was tightly clutched in her hands. He turned back and found Rudra taking selfies with the various backdrops and stage.
Shivaay: what do you think you're doing?
He said as he ran to Rudra.
Rudra: kal saara attention Gauri Bhaabi aur Om per hoga, toh kuch selfies bante naa?
Shivaay rolled his eyes at him. Even a teenager isn't as fussy and immature as he is.
Gauri and Om soon joined them and were laughing at Rudra's behaviour.
Om: Anika kaha hai?
Gauri: haa, voh kaha gayi?
Shivaay: pata nahi, she rushed off to the ladies washroom achanak se...
Gauri also ran off, following Shivaay's directions. The three brothers were now equally confused.
When Gauri entered the washroom, Anika had finished popping a few pills down her throat and then drank the water kept in her purse. Gauri was infuriated with this
Gauri: yeh kya hai Di? Aapne bola ki aap yeh sab chod degi
Her screaming voice held heaps of anger as she lashed out
Anika: Gauri addictions ek chutki mein gayab nahi hote. It's not something I can come out of so quickly.
Gauri calmed down a little, processing her sister's words
Gauri: sorry Di
Her head bowed down in shame. She never meant to offend her
Anika: Gauri it's fine. Tujhe thori naa pata tha ki ese hota. Tum bas mere liye supportive raho, aur kuch nahi chahiye mujhe
Gauri smiled and hugged her sister. A few tears left their eyes
Gauri: aab pinky promise karo
Anika: kis ke liye?
Gauri: aap meri baatein ko burha nahi maanegi jab mein gusse mein kuch anab shanab bolti
Anika: Gauri, tum bas mere liye fikhar karti, isi liye yeh hota
Gauri smiled
Gauri: Om, shayad humara wait kara hai
Anika: Om, huh?
She teased whilst grabbing her purse. A red hue creeped onto Gauri's face, which was noticed by Om when the two came into their sight.
Om: kya bola aapne Anika, ki Gauri itni blush kari hai?
Anika: sirf tumhara naam
Rudra: Hum Oberoi's ka yeh effect hota
He winks and Anika, who chuckles as his action was rewarded with a slap on the back of his head
