Adrien: 'Okay. Just talk to her, don't do anything you're gonna regret.' *He goes up to her. * Ma-Marinette. 'Great. Why am I stuttering?'

Marinette: Yeah?

Adrien: Listen, there's something I have to tell you.

Marinette: What?

Adrien: Well, I just wanna let you know that... *Soon, Ms. Mendeleiev walked in. *

Ms. Mendeleiev: Hello, children. Adrien, please take your seat.

Adrien: Tell you later. *Marinette nodded and she looked straight ahead. *

Ms. Mendeleiev: Today we're gonna learn about... *She pulled down a chart. * The Periodic Table of Elements. Now we're gonna learn what each element means.

Chloé: Ugh. So boring.

Ms. Mendeleiev: Is there a problem, Chloé?

Chloé: No, there isn't.

Ms. Mendeleiev: Okay. One more negative comment from you and I'll have to call your father. *Chloe rolled her eyes and paid attention. * Now, as I was saying. Who can tell me what FE is? *Marinette raised her hand. * Yes, Marinette?

 * Yes, Marinette?

Marinette: Iron.

Ms. Mendeleiev: Right. FE is the aberration of Iron. Who can tell me what H2O is? *Nino raised his hand. * Nino?

Max: AU is gold.

Ms. Mendeleiev: Correct. AU is Gold. There are all types of elements in the world today. I decided to make things different. We won't be taking a quiz on the elements. We'll be doing a project presentation of the elements. *Some people moaned about that. * Now, now, stop moaning. This is a good thing. You all need to learn about the elements in the world today. You can do it by yourself or with a partner, anyway how you do it. It's due by the end of the week. So, Friday will be fine. Now, for the rest of the class, you can get started on your presentation planning. You can talk, but use your inside voices, understand? *Everybody answers yes to Ms. Mendeleiev. * Good. You may begin. *She sits down as everybody else gets started. *

Alya: So, do you wanna work together or do you wanna do it by yourself?

Marinette: I'll do it by myself.

Alya: Okay. What element are you gonna do?

Marinette: I'm doing CA.

Alya: Ca?

Marinette: Ca is the aberration is Calcium.

Alya: Oh. Okay. I'm doing Boron. Did you know that Boron is the low-abundance element in the solar system and the Earth's Crust?

Marinette: I didn't know that.

Alya: Neither did I.

Nino: So what element do we wanna do? There are so many of them.

Adrien: I was thinking either Lithium, Hydrogen, or Sulfur.

Nino: Let's do Hydrogen. That's gotta be like, the easiest element.

Adrien: Okay. We'll do Hydrogen. *Everybody gets to work on their elements. *
