today, was the day they were going to perform nekkoya
it was now 4 AM and they were scheduled to take it at 11:59 PM (technically 12 AM, but it's not on the same day so 🤡🤡)
most of the trainees would wake up at 6 AM and start getting up and get ready (putting on makeup, outfits, washing face, and all that stuff)
the only trainee that was awake was, chaeyeon, as always
chaeyeon has probably been awake this early for the past few days when they started to learn nekkoya
she was still, practicing her dance moves as usual
although she did have everything down, from the movements to all the detailing
she was extremely nervous for what was to come
she had also brought some breakfast with her in case she had gotten hungry 😋
so now, she was sitting on the floor, eating her breakfast 🍜 🍳 🥞
it was now 5 AM, and all of the mentors were awake, they were getting to help the trainees
one of the mentors, bae yoonjung, the dance mentor was walking around produce 48
and she heard music, specifically nekkoya, coming from one of the dance rooms
she looked through the window of the door, to see s trainee practicing nekkoya
she opened the door
"why we you here practicing so early?" the mentor said
"annyeonhaseyo teacher," chaeyeon bowed "i'm just here to practice my choreography"
"this early?" bae yoongjung said "why?"
"because i want to try and 'perfect' my dancing" chaeyeon replied
"chaeyeon-ah, out of all 96 trainees here, i think your dancing is the best, there's no need to try to perfect your dancing," bae joonyoung said "and that's because it's already perfect"
