it was the day of the performance, and the girls were seated ready to perform
"1000%!" the staffs said "please stand by"
chaeyeon was extremely nervous, they were the next to perform, and sakura's group was just before them
she probably hasn't been this nervous in awhile, especially because of her breakdown
she hoped that she wouldn't make any mistakes when they were performing
sakura's stage was done, they came backstage where the 1000% team was
"chaeyeon!" sakura said
"sakura" chaeyeon nodded in acknowledgment
"chaeyeon," sakura said [j], hugging chaeyeon " i'm sure you're gonna do awesome"
"thank you" chaeyeon replied hugging sakura and putting her chin on top of sakura shoulder
"just continue to do what you've been doing during practice" sakura said [j], petting chaeyeon's hair "and your practices are always awesome"

chaeyeon felt no regret in her performance, she felt she did her best
and she got all the beats and the high notes correct
she hugged her other teammates, she was thankful to them for helping her get through tough times
she was also extremely thankful to sakura, because sakura helped her in many ways
sakura helped her gain her confidence, just by a little, enough to stay on stage
chaeyeon knew that if sakura wasn't there to make her feel better, she wouldn't of had known the outcome of the performance, which she was extremely glad
obviously she'd want someone like sakura in her life
i mean who wouldn't

"sakura!" chaeyeon called out after her performance
"chaeyeon" sakura dragged out her name (like chaeyeonnnnnn) and went to hug her
sakura put her hands around chaeyeon's waist, hugging and softly petting chaeyeon's hair
"chaeyeon," sakura softly said [j] "you did so good, i'm so proud of you"
"it's all because of you sakura," chaeyeon told her [j] "you helped me a lot through this journey, you know"
"yah, why are you saying it like it's the end of your journey here," sakura asked [j]
"no i'm not saying it like that" chaeyeon responded [j] "i'm just thankful that you're here to help me"
