Transformers Animated:
Optimus was the quiet kid in the corner who didn't speak unless spoken too... until he got to know his dorm mate Sentinel that is. Sentinel introduced Optimus to Elita, and thus, the two dragged the poor guy everywhere he didn't want to go (ie. parties, dances, sleepovers, the cafeteria...) Eventually, Optimus embraced the insanity of the other two and lightened up a bit.
