Transformers G1, Prime, Animated:
Megatron HATES being woken up. He will sleep as long as he likes to and no one should question or bother him thank-you-very-much.
Starscream tried it once and Megatron chased him all around their base clearly pissed. Eventually, Megatron catches up and throws Starscream off/out of whatever base they're using at the time. He then promptly goes back to cat napping.
