The user's palms, as well as their fingertips, are made of a material that, when met with friction, spark and emit black lightning. The user can easily cause this friction by rubbing their hands together very quickly.
If the user turns their palms towards their target after causing them to spark, the lightning will immediately arc towards any metals on their body (including the iron in the target's bloodstream) and cause severe electrocution.
Sᴛʀᴇɴɢᴛʜꜱ:
The electrocuting can temporarily stun their opponents.
Black lightning is very cool and stuff.
Dʀᴀᴡʙᴀᴄᴋꜱ:
Overuse can lead to the skin on the person's fingertips and palms becoming acutely sensitive to both heat and touch.
The lightning can be drawn towards metals on the user's body as well if it's aimed too close to them.
