The user of this Quirk is essentially a walking, talking radio show.
They have two speakers on their wrists that connect to plugs on either side of their neck. There are also two PR200 recording devices on the bottom of their arms that are constantly recording the sounds around them.
There is a speaker on their neck that, when the user wills it, plays audio that was previously recorded. (They're able to fast-forward or rewind the audio.)
It also broadcasts sounds that they are currently hearing; there are two headphone jacks connected to the PR200's that they can extend to connect to nearby sound systems.
The user has two antennae connected to the shell of their ear that lets them pick up on radio signals, which they can then transmit into the speakers on their body to broadcast to other people.
Overall: very high-tech and science fiction-like.
