The user is able to heat up their own molecules in such a way that their state of matter shifts into liquid. When the state of their molecules change, their body becomes a sort of chunky, meaty ooze (like Seiji Shishikura's Quirk, Meatball), similar in consistency and texture to tar.
The user is also able to re-solidify parts of their body, and trap people who step in their sludge skin. Their targets are able to escape, though; they can break off the skin that gets stuck to them, which causes the user severe pain, and is also just really gross.
Sᴛʀᴇɴɢᴛʜꜱ:
The user is really good at keeping people in one place.
The user is also really flexible! They're very good at contorting their body into different shapes.
Dʀᴀᴡʙᴀᴄᴋꜱ:
Overuse can cause the user's bones to become flimsy and easily breakable. Like Deku's Quirk, except their Quirk itself is not usually the cause of their bones breaking.
