The user does not have a single face. Instead, they have multiple; each different face (which all have names; the basic face is named the name of the character you decide to use this Quirk for) represents a different emotion.
The faces are as follows.
Shiawase: Happiness
Kanashimi: Sadness
Ikari: Anger
Sakuran: Confusion
Osore: Fear
Utsuro: Apathy
Kega: Pain

There aren't any real strengths to it, it's just kind of inconvenient.
Dʀᴀᴡʙᴀᴄᴋꜱ:
The user has a severe case of MPS (Multiple Personality Disorder); their Quirk is a severe hindrance to their social life and mental stability.

This Quirk was inspired by the song "Bang!" by AJR. Specifically the lyrics 'so put your best face on everybody'.
Janus is the name of the Roman god of doorways and duality. I could have based this Quirk off of his ability to see into both the past and the future, but, due to my constant reading of the Heroes of Olympus series by Rick Riordan, and the character of Janus/Deceit on Sanders Sides, I most commonly associate Janus with a two-faced guy. So, that's what I focused on!
