Authors note: Thank you so much for hitting 1k! Sorry if there are any grammatical errors. I promise you I try my best to make sure everything is edited! There is nothing that pisses me off more than a story with spelling mistakes or grammar faults.

It's currently 2am, I have school tomorrow. I just felt bad for not updating my story sooner, I had to get right into it!

Madison's P.O.V

The sand is softly golden with just the right comforting warmth. To rest on the beach feels like a cosy hug, one only matched by the sunshine that filled the sky. I was so lost in thought I forgot about the multiple teenage boys surrounding me like a herd of seagulls.

They were all towering me whilst my frail body was curled up in the arms of my dear big brother, Brayden. I looked up from my protection only to find all of the teenage boys eyes placed right on me. This was quite in fact intimidating.

I counted a total of 6 heads! Of course nine brothers weren't enough, why not add on another 6 boys! This sort of confrontation really did make me want to crawl in a ball and fade away. My anxiety was off the charts.

"Well well well, B who is this little munchkin" a tall male had announced rather cheekily. I could see the smirk rise upon his face. I giggled and couldn't help but blush.

Don't get me wrong, due to my small body and lack of confidence, I was totally mortified. But, I still managed to provide them all with a little wave. I couldn't help but acknowledge the attention I'm receiving, It's astronomical.

I didn't want to seem rude. These were Brayden's friends after all, I would never embarrass him. I just hope I wasn't being a burden, I wanted Brayden to be comfortable with me.

The whole crowd of boys awed when looking into my bright blue eyes. I swear they were viewing me as a child, I probably looked fragile and pathetic. "This is my baby sis, Maddie" Brayden said, then he patted my damp brown hair. The way he announced that with no hesitation whatsoever brought hope into my shattered heart.

"You have a sister!" one exclaimed. "Bray, I've been to your house almost everyday for the past 9 years and I've never seen a sister" another scoffed. "She's so cute, how is big B related to her" this other guy added, he was cracking up at his own remark. I would be lying if I said I wasn't laughing too. The nickname big B was too funny. It made sense he was a giant!

"She moved in yesterday, and if you don't mind we're busy. I'll see you guys tomorrow or something, okay" he immediately grabbed my tiny had in his massive one, and picked me up off the sand. I'm glad he didn't go into detail about how my mother had committed suicide, leaving me practically homeless.

The sudden jolt from the sand to my feet caused a sensation of pain to rush through my ribs. I clenched my teeth and avoided to show any element of discomfort. I was used to hiding the truth by now. Over the years my pain has become unnoticed to the public. I've mastered my poker face.

Brayden and I began to walk away hand in hand when a deep male voice had startled us. "Come on
Brayden, let us hang with y'all! I want to get to know this precious baby sister of yours" the boy exclaimed. "Please Bray, she's so adorable" another one pleaded. "Me and her can be best friends" yet another one added!

Brayden squeezed my cheeks causing me to instantly stick out my tongue; very childish of me, I'll admit. I could tell he was deep in thought, he finally agreed to letting them stay.

To think that all of these big tough men being so soft, made my heart melt. They were basically begging to hangout with us, I couldn't be more surprised. These boys did not look like the type to be all kid-friendly. It was quite amusing to witness. I'd never seen anything like this. Deep down, he may not show it, but Brayden really is a softie.
