"Are you crazy! You could have been seen and gotten arrested. You know the way we work. We can't risk being exposed. Not after all the work we've done and have to do". I could hear Tank's words but my mind was still stuck on the two women sitting there helplessly with a bleeding out body.
Tank was able to tip some medics of to the scene, what happened after that we were unsure. The police would question them and I'm pretty sure would mention the face mask group she interacted with.
"Look we got out ok, was just a misplace of judgement, I wasn't expecting any civilians to run towards a gun shot let alone two girls".
Honey moved towards me and sat on the chair backwards "Let's just hope they don't blow this for us, I'd hate to have to hack into their lives".
We couldn't go back to the protests right now while things were still heated, and would return at sundown. Police radios where all buzzing looking for any type of suspect or any witness who could help with what happened before the murder.
