That Time When Snooki Dismissed The Idea of Another TOTGA

It was already more than a month after I first conquered the city.

Eh, wala. Wow, napaka-deadmatologist talaga ni Tonette.

I sighed.

Though, I really have to admit that it was super really awkward after the day I thought I confirmed that he really liked me.

A man of little to no words, shy glances, shy smiles.

I know, 'di ko pa siya talagang kilala.

I liked this happy feeling of having a happy crush. It was a new feeling to me, and I hope it would last long.

"I'm sure your daughter will love the flowers! Please congratulate her for her work promotion on behalf of Daily Bloom."

"I will tell her. And thank you so much for the complimentary upgraded arrangement, Snooki. It means a lot to me."

It was nothing to add a little more flower to the bouquet for something as eventful as that. We're all dreamers, and we deserve flowers in each step we take, and in each milestone we duly achieve.

"No worries! Have a blooming day ahead, Mrs. Newark," paalam ko sa kanya.

"Thank you! I will, Snooki." She smiled brightly. "You, too."

I liked introducing myself to kind customers. I always say my name and then also ask for theirs in the most business casual way I could. This way, I'd build relations with them. I already had five customers who became new frequent buyers in our store all because I had good conversations with them.

At the hotel, I was different. I could be casual when I wanted to, but the version that I needed most of the time was the Snooki that meant business. In here, I was all me, and I loved it.

However, my fashion stuck. I always wore black because it looked elegant. It made me look intimidating and classy to other businessmen as if I could draw off all their confidence and selfishly wield it as my own. It had to be like that for me every day at work because I was still a young adult in the corporate world, and apparently toxic boomers liked to think they own the world, and that all other opinions were invalid except theirs.

But they can't do that, not to this girl right here—never to Snooki Henilza.

Black made me a badass, when in truth, I oftentimes wanted to snicker in the middle of serious meetings so so bad.
