CHAPTER 44

Elena POV
We arrive at the house and I just look at it and just sit there.

Mattia: you getting out?

Elena: why cant we talk in here?

Mattia: I dont want to

Elena: *sighs* fine

We get out and he unlocks the door. Still smells the same, looks the same, is the same. I sit on the island and he just gets a water from the fridge.

Elena: what do you want to talk about?

Mattia: nothing

Elena: then why am i here?!

Mattia: because I miss you and i want you to come back. But i know you wont so you can just spend time with me for 2 hours, and it won't hurt you

Elena: fine

I get on my phone as im still sitting on the island and I was swinging my legs back n' forth.

*1 hour later*
I was sitting on the couch still on my phone and Mattia was in the kitchen. I got up because I was thirsty so get some water.

Mattia: want water?

Elena: mhm

He handed me water. I drank some and just watched me. I rolled my eyes at him still drinking the water and sat on the island.

Mattia: why do you keep putting your butt where we eat? He said with a smile

Elena: why do you keep questioning me in my own house? I say with a sarcastic smile

Mattia nods. He sits next to me on the island. He looks over at my phone and I look at him

Elena: what Mattia?

Mattia: hm why you checking out Kairi?

Elena: because I can

Mattia nods and get off the island. I put my phone next to me and take another sip of my water. Then he k.i.s.s.e.d me. He put his forehead against mine and just looked at my lips.

Mattia: i really missed you. He said with a tear rolling down his cheek "I miss kissing you, I miss telling you good night, I miss the kids" (corny but just go with it)

Elena: i miss you too

I kisses me again and I check the time....2 hours up. I give him a hug and a smile.

Elena: could you take me home?

Mattia: yeah

We got in the car and he held my hand the whole way there. I really miss him. I arrived at the house and I looked at him with a smile and he smiled back. I got out and walked to the front door.

Mom: hey you're back. She said with a smile "you talk to Mattia"

Elena: how di-

Kairi: I told her. Howd it go?

Elena: well

Mom: surprised you clothes are not half way off your body abd messed up hair

I laugh and sit on couch.

Elena: we just talked thats all

Mom: that a lie, y'all had to have kissed or something

Elena: nope

Kairi: I know that y'all just dont talk, y'all have to have a full on make out session

Elena: nope just talked. I lied

Mom: well great the kids are upstairs playing and dinner will be ready in 45 mins

Kairi: k, sound nice
