We were getting out the car and u was getting the water and stuff like that. Mattia was taking them to the sand and the water. There we a lot of people and i saw a bunch of Halloween decorations all over the place. Halloween was in 4 days and I still havent got there costume. N e ways I walked over tot the sand and a girl came up to me.
?: hi. She said with a smile
There was a little girl standing by her leg and she had to be 4 years old. The little girl waved to me and I waved back.
Elena: hi
?: its really nice out here
Elena: yeah. Yeah, it is
?: is that your boyfriend and kids? She said pointing to mattia and the kids
Elena: yeah
?: well you look nice today and im hazel
Elena: im Elena. I smiled
I smiled and mattia walked up behind me.
Mattia: hey babe, uh- I'm going to take Mateo to the bathroom ill be back
Elena: okay
He smiled and waved at hazel. She waved back and watched him jog off with Mateo.
Chloe: mommy sand castle!?
Elena: sure. Hazel wanna come? Your daughter can play with mine
Hazel: sure
We walked over to all the stuff and we were building a sand castle
Mattia: hey ladies, what are we doing? He said letting Mateo off his hip
Chloe: daddy we are building a sand castle
Mattia: mateo lets try to beat the girls
Mateo: yay! He smiled
We were doing a competition and mattia was getting frustrated because he could tell we were winning. They rinsed there hands off in the ocean water and I kept seeing mattia eye hazel. Im trying not to get angry. Maybe just being friendly or looking past her. I shook the thought out my head and continued to build.
