"are you sure about this rias? Kira clearly said that do NOT tell issei about it, what if he mess up and tell the enemies of the plan? There's a high chance that our lives will be lost" said Akeno, it would seem that Rias doesn't want to listen to reason

"Issei deserves to learn of it, he is the red dragon emperor, he's a crucial part of this plan" said Rias
