I was screaming.
At least I think I was. My mouth was open and my eyes were shut in the pain. My throat was dead dry and salty tears dotted across my cheeks and dropped on my lips. Strikes of lightning sparked across my head, leaving my entire vision spinning. Darkness danced along the aura of my body and cold sweat was running down my cheeks next to my tears.
My head...... My head is on fire. I wasn't able to think. I wasn't able to feel. I wasn't able to breathe.
Clutching my chest, I gasped and sucked in the air. My body was on fire, completely seized with pain, not even allowing me to move. I couldn't move my arms, my legs were rigid and my back was plastered across the bed in a gut wrenching position.
