I remember the time thy love remained;

That time has been thrown into the fire.

Thy heart contains my forever love stained;

The mark thee left is my great desire.

I imagine I still have thee with me;

These dreams are washed away with my sad tears.

Thou left me stranded at the crashing sea;

Thou leaving me was one of my great fears.

I wish we were united once again;

It makes me irritated to think such.

The rolling thunder shows my great disdain;

Thou hast created an image as much.

I will be alright to handle the loss;

Do not fret, for I will be buried in moss.
