  Fear has a strong force to push us away from our goals. Fear can limit your dreams if you let them in. Anxiety is your body's response to fear and stress , I struggled with panic attacks for 4 years and it hurt me every single day, i was too scared to push beyond my limits , i was also scared because i didn't want to ruin my life and then one day my panic attacks stopped ,i can't forget that day....." i was in my first class in the university and i was already scared before the class begun, because i was far from home and i was starting a new chapter in my life but i tried to bury those fears instead of facing them and i got to the class and the class was so intense i couldn't even breathe,  to be honest i became numb , i couldn't breathe anymore and all that was going through my head was what if i fail, what if my parents get disappointed in me and what if this course is not for me , at that point i started crying quietly so no one could hear me, after the class i rushed back to my room and i cried so heard then i grabbed my phone and called a friend, my mind only told me to call my friend and i did , when my friend picked up he heard me crying and asked what happened and i told him everything and my friend said i should stop focusing on the negative aspect and keep pushing,you're smart and i keep encouraging his dreams and telling him to never give up on them so i shouldn't give up either......he kept on saying positive things and i immediately felt better and i kept pushing , i told my mum and she prayed with me and told me to breathe 10 times when i feel so much pressure and that's how my panic attacks stopped.....
    I'm grateful God put such helpful friends in my life to guide me through my pains , i want you to know you can do anything if you put  your mind to it. All you need to conquer fear and anxiety is to be brave, don't shake when fear comes around.

Some teens struggled abuse whether emotional abuse, sexual abuse or parental abuse and have been threatened to not speak up, my advice to you is to speak up because a problem hidden cannot be solved, the more you keep quiet , the more those abusive memories haunt you even till you get old.

  One of the things i was scared of doing before was writing books, because i was scared no one would want to read it, but this is me today pushing away fear and chasing what i love. And if you've failed in the past try again, don't give up so easily.

        HOW TO OVERCOME FEAR:-

        HOW TO OVERCOME FEAR:-

1- Don't let it control you instead you control it.

2- Don't stop doing what you love.

3- Don't live by what other people will think of you because it's not worth it.

4- whenever you are struggling with a task or project sleep and when you wake up you'll feel so much better. Never work when stressed.

5- Identify your fear and tame it.

6- Surround yourself with people who encourage you and believe in your dreams.

7- Cut off friends who see what you want to achieve as a joke.

8- Don't quit. Show whatever phobia you are facing that you are not a quitter but an overcomer .

9- Get busy. Don't just write down your dreams or say it instead work hard and get it.

10- Always remain positive.

11- Write a list of all your fears and tear the paper because your in charge now and not your fears.

12- For those with anxiety and those that have panic attacks a lot, i want you to take deep breathes 20 times and the trick is you'll get better before reaching 20.

13- Never let your fear decide your future.

14- Don't focus on the what if you fail, focus on the what if you succeed.

Don't let your fears make you regret later in the future,  dont create room for anxiety

Don't let your fears make you regret later in the future,  dont create room for anxiety. If you are scared of failure or you have stage fright or speaking in public is an issue now's the time to conquer that fear and live with happiness. Don't let your fear bench you when you should be chasing your dreams.
