we are all broken
and we are all
trying to hide something
we are all broken
and we are all
longing for acceptance
we get wounded
from stepping on
all these shatters
that made us
who we are
but did you know
that the Japanese
made an art form
out of something broken
they call it
kintsugi
which literally means
kin : golden
tsugi : repair
it aims to bring
broken pottery pieces
back together
using a golden liquid
instead of hiding
the cracks
it became more
emphasized with gold
elevating what's fallen
into something
that has a greater story
behind it
we have a Potter
His hands are the liquid gold
where the enemy
tries to keep us hidden
our Potter exposes
a beautiful history
behind our cracks
we have a Potter
we are His clay
we are all part of
a magnificent poetry
