A fight? What the hell Neal?! Your hate socializing, your the last person I would think about fighting! Finn mentally yelled racing down the hallway, he passed Meg but he ran so fast she didn't even say hi. His heart pounded crazy, Finn's wasn't sure what to feel: angry, upset, disappointed, confused, worried? Why would he participle in a fight, if did hopefully it was self defense. If not, Finn has no idea what hell do with the kid. The giant swung through the main office, and slid into the principals room far in the back. The principal sat at his desk arms folded, he's old, bald head, incredibly tall and intimidating. Sitting on the giant desk in human chairs, are two humans. Ones Neal who's fidgeting with his fingers, his eyes are red from crying, and tear stained cheeks. The other child sit there looking at the ground, he's avoiding any eye contact. "Hello Mr. Knight glad you arrived please take a sit." Finn did as he's told, Neal couldn't bare  look at Finn. "Mr. Rickson what happened?" Finn asked. "During their science class, Neal here attacked Ryan out of no reason." Mr. Rickson glares at Neal. Finn refuses believing the story, Neal wouldn't dare risk started trouble for no reason. "What about Neal's side of the story! My brother wouldn't attack another person!" Finn defended Neal. "He won't talk, all he did was crying after I questioned him!" He yelled, Neal jumped almost falling backwards. "Neal, tell your side of the story." Finn asked calmly. "He...I...than..." Finn scooped Neal up and cradled him against his chest. "Deep breathes, and tell me what happens." Finn quietly said gently rubbing Neal's back with thumb. "During science, I felt pens being thrown at me. At first I tried ignoring, but things got worst real quick someone threw a crumbled paper at me, I opened it up and there was a small latter written. Whoever threw it said I should kill myself, and I'm worthless. That's when I turned around and the kid here said I'm worthless cause my mom hated." Neal sobbed hugging Finn's shirt. "Then you attacked him?" Finn asked Neal at eye level. "No..."Neal sniffled. "I asked him to leave me alone, and a couple minutes later nothing happens. Once the teacher turned away he threw a book and hit my face, I threw the book back and missed. Ryan got mad and attacked me." Neal wipes away his tears. "Ryan, you said he threw the book first." Mr. Rickson said unpleased. "NO HE'S LYING!" Ryan screamed. "I... have the note..." Neal pulled out the piece of paper showing Finn and the principal. "Neal, I'm sorry accusing you. You may leave now." He said. "You Ryan we will stay right here sir." Finn left holding Neal, "Can I go home please?" Neal asked. "Oh buddy, I'm sorry but the answer's no. Grandma has card club, and grandpas with some friends. There's no one to watch you." Finn said. "Why can't I stay with you?" Neal wonders. "Neal your fine, return to class okay?" Finn sat Neal down next to his classroom. "Have a good day little bro." Finn said. Neal watched Finn step away, "Stupid head..." Neal grumbled. He hates Finn making him go back, his first day back and people are already being jerks. Not like Finn would even cares about his feelings anymore, the giants obsessed hanging out with Meg. Neal enters back the classroom, his mind wonders off during the lesson. He remembers when Finn wouldn't leave him alone. With Meg back Neal's never gonna be Finn's focus, the little boy needs a plan. He has to cause a riff between the two, but how can he accomplish such a feat? His first though is finding out why they stopped talking, maybe he can make them remember why they hated each other over six years. He can't ask Meg or Finn, they may wonder why he's asking. Neal should ask Ingrid, she could know. The bell rang, Neal grabbed his stuff and continued planning his master plan.

"Oh hi..." Meg tried saying hello, but Finn bolted towards the office.  She only left him few moments ago, what could have happened between then and now? Meg shrugged him off, the young woman continued her path towards the office once belonging to Ms. LairGreen. During her journey a small voice screamed, she stopped and looked around. "HELP! SOMEONE PLEASE!" Meg struggled finding the voice, definitely sounded human and very close. "Hello? Where are you?" Meg said loudly. "Hello?! OVER HERE PLEASE! INSIDE GIANT THE LOCKER BY THE HUMAN BATHROOM!" The voice panicked. "Oh my goodness!" Meg shouted, she opened up the locker and searched around. Under a huge notebook a small human girl with, dark red hair, climbed from underneath. "Thank you!" The girl thanked Meg. "How did you end up here?" Meg asked. "Few giant girls thought it would be funny locking me inside and... wait your Megan Snow!" The girl gasped backing away terrified. "Wait, I won't hurt you! What's your name sweetie?" Meg asked kindly. "Jay Rose, there's rumors you hate humans." Jay blurted out. Hate humans?! I'm the last person who hate them!" Meg thought, who would ever believe such a horrible lie. "Jay ,who or where did you here that?" Meg wanted the source so she could destroy the person or thing lying about her. She was the founding member of the Giants Befriend Humans Club, the source must want her job as the director ruined. "My friend Neal told me." Jay said. Megs mouth fell opened, she wondering why he would tell such lies. "Are we talking about Mr. Knights brother?" Meg doubled checked. "Yep, Neal said your really mean towards humans! I didn't believe him, but there's a possible he's overreacting about something you said." Jay said. "Perhaps. I'm definitely not mean or cruel to humans, but Neal possibly mistook something I said and got really upset. Anyways I'll give you a lift to class. Which room are you?" Meg lyes down her hand and Jay climbs on. "Room 26B please." Jay said politely. "Ms. Snow, I'm wondering when auditions will be?" Jay asked. "They start tomorrow after school, you interested?" Meg said. "Me and my friend are, really love having the main female role but I'm not sure if I'm good enough." Jay doubted herself. "I bet you are, hey I'll right your name on the list, you can go first before anyone else!" Meg told her. "Really?! Would be alright if my friend Noel auditioned with me? Promised we would try together." The young girl said. "Sure, and his name is Noel? Never heard any boys with that name." Meg finally reached Jays room and sat her down by the humans door . "Noel's different, but a good different!" Jay claimed. "Nothing wrong being different, I should know! Was nice meeting you Jay, see you and Noel after school tomorrow than." Meg smiled making sure Jay entered the room, the giant woman turned back around and saw Finn putting Neal down next to a human class room. Meg heard Finn day goodbye, and when's Finn's back was turned she saw Neal's lips mutter something. Her friends little brother looked really unhappy, maybe Finn knew about the lies he tried telling? "Oh hi Meg, what are you doing?" Finn sighed leaning against the lockers. "During my walk I found a human girl locked inside a giant locker, some giant girls thought it was funny leaving her alone! What's wrong with kids?!" Meg wondered leaning by Finn. "Wondering myself, some kid attacked Neal during science class. Kids are cruel, and Neal shouldn't deal with people's rudeness." Finn informed her. "How's Neal? Get hurt or anything?" She asked. "No, thank God, he was a little upset, but he's gonna be fine." Finn assures her. Meg played with her nervously, should she tell Finn about Neal's statement regarding her? Would her friend be mad if she hid it from him, or be furious at Neal he said such things. Though she can't let Neal spread false facts, she takes a deep breathe. "Finn, I gotta tell you something, but promise you'll stay calm and not overreact." Getting Neal yelled during school by Finn is the last thing Meg wants. Finn promised her and let her talk. "I found out from a student, Neal said I'm a jerk, hates humans and only directing the play so I could torture them. I'm confused why he's saying those things, did I say something to offend him?" Finn imminently broke his promise, his face turned angry red. "I'll ground his ass..." Finn growled marching to find Neal, Meg stopped him by grabbing his arm. "Finn stop! Embarrassing Neal at school won't help! I'll skip dinner tonight and let you talk with him. He's upset about something and yelling at him will not make him talk." She tried calming him. "Meg he's making up lies! Neal's should be punished." Finn protested. "I understand, maybe take the punishment easily. Better yet, say his punishment is taking part in the play. I should go, please try staying calm and don't hurt Neal. He's been through enough, and having his big brother mad at him could make Neal feel totally alone." Meg hopes her words are enough for Finn, he's sweet but stubborn. "Your right, I should go the next class will be starting soon." Finn said. "Okay, talk later Finn." The bell rang and all the students ran out of their classrooms. Few students said hello to Finn when passing him, Finn knew today's gone be long, and it's only second period.
—————————————————
"She's not even remotely close at being mean, Ms. Snow saved me!" Jay told Neal about her experience, it's last period and the two share the same path to their final classes. "Oh...well she just hates me than." Neal lied. "Very weird Neal. You should talk with her, Ms. Snow acted shocked when she found out you said those things about her." Neal's heart stopped, Jay told her and Meg no doubt told Finn as well. His whole life is over, Finn's going to kill him. Jay continued talking for the remainder of their walk, Neal's beyond terrified to even talk. Unfortunately Neal arrived at the gym, Jay dissuaded off to her classroom. Neal walked inside, he forgot how big the gym was. Neal gulped seeing Finn, the giant noticed Neal and smiled. Finn wouldn't be smiling if knew what Neal said, Neal believed Finn didn't know or knows and acting fake nice. Either way Neal's still unbelievably nervous. "Hi Neal, how's your day?" Finn asked kneeling down. "G...g...good! How about you?" Neal fakes his best happy face. "Been better, but hey the days almost over!" Finn said. "True...what are we doing today?" Neal changed the subjects. "Soccer, but while they practice we really have to talk." Neal nearly passed out, Finn knows. The giants stands at full height and turns back around "You idiot! Saying crap about Meg!"Neal shouted quietly to himself. "What Neal?" Finn looked over his shoulder. "Nothing!" Neal said. "Okay guys let's get started! This week we're practicing soccer, now stand back while I show the proper way of kicking. We can't have Joey getting hit by yet another giant ball like the week of baseball." Finn made sure they all were all good safe distance and sat down giant soccer ball. "Watch, never kick using your toes." Finn said, he continued showing the proper ways of kicking. "Divide up in groups of three." Finn orders. "Feel bad for the group Neal joins." A boy whispers to his friends, several laugh remembering when Neal knocked over Olly. "Cut it out!" Finn barked. "Go and start. Neal come here." The boys got with their groups and Neal slowly walked closer to Finn. The giant scooped Neal up, he sat on the bleachers and held Neal at level. "Buddy...I'm very disappointed with you today." Neal flinched, Finn's words struck Neal's heart. "Earlier today Meg told me some upsetting news. Meg said you were telling people she hates humans, and only directed the musical cause she torture human cast. Did you say those lies?" Finn asked calmly, Neal shyly nodded his head. "Neal why would you say such hurtful and untrue things about Meg? If people actually believed what your saying, she could lose her job as the musical director!" Finn scolded. "Tell me why you tried lying about her! Be honest Neal, I'm very serious." Finn whispered yelled. "You were gonna forget me..." Neal whispered. "Ever since she returned you've done nothing but talk about her! It's been 'Meg does that, Meg says this'. Last week you promised we were gonna bing watch movies all day, and you canceled our plans all because Meg called asking for more help about the damn musical!" Neal screamed. "Neal I would never forget you! I'm shocked you would even think such a thing!" Finn said. "Bullshit Finn!" The big brother was stunned hearing Neal swear. "Neal watch your mouth! I'm not nor will I ever forget you! You should have some and talk with me instead of getting jealous!  You wanted Meg fired from her job so she would spend less time with me, she's cares about you Neal and this how she's treated! Think how hurt she is!" Neal's guilt became worst, his eyes began shedding tears. "I'm sorry Finn! Your my big brother and the idea of losing you scared me! Megs really awesome, she's cooler than me and I feared you would love her more! If getting her fired would work that met you would spend time with me! I'M SORRY FINN, PLEASE DON'T HATE ME!" Neal sobbed falling down in Finn's palm. Finn response by holding Neal against his chest, "I AM SO SORRY FINN! I ALREADY LOST DAD, MOM AND I COULD NOT LOSE YOU!" Neal cried even harder. Finn understood Neal's fears, his brother has dealt with so much lost that the very idea losing another family member would cause major issues. "Bud I don't hate you, and I'm never leaving. Your my baby bro, big brother always look out for their younger siblings. I understand why you may have felt scared, however lying about others does not get excused so easily. As punishment your grounded for one week, and starting tomorrow your participating in the school musical." Neal wished he could protest, but Finn's been merciful enough. "Finn I'm not a good actor or singer! How will be any help?" Neal wiped away his tears. "Hey we'll find something. Why don't we worry about that later okay?" Finn smiled placing a finger under Neal's chin. "Before we leave school, can I tell Meg I'm sorry?" Neal asked. "Sure, Meg will really appreciate your apology." Finn said. "Good, there's still 30 minutes left, wanna soccer be partners?" Neal asked. "Okay, but if I squash you it's not my fault." Finn laughed. "Finn thanks for being a good brother, I love you." Neal hugged Finn's thumb. "You you too, and thanks for telling me the truth." Finn smiled setting Neal back in the floor. The two brothers began practicing kicking the ball, Neal's thankful he has the worlds best brother.
