Large pounded steps awaken Neal, he rolled over along the bed and took a glance at the  alarm which showed it was 9:15. He's been sleeping around a few minutes, and he hears loud talking. Neal assumes Finn's talking with Meg over the phone, his brother can't go more than 30 minutes without talking to her since they started dating. Neal closed his eyes again; he almost drifted back off until he had urge to the use the bathroom. "Ugh... gotta pee! Shouldn't hate drank that stupid can of Dr. Pepper." He mumbled hardly above a whisper. Finn never allows Neal pop after 8:00 at night, but the small brother became sneaky by hiding cans all over his room. He hardly cares if the drinks are hot or not, he gets thirty at night and has no desire waking Finn for a class of water. Neal wondered into the bathroom, he stood at the toilet and did his business. "What the hell?! I'm sorry but you just have the wrong house!" Neal heard Finn curse somewhere outside his room. Finn never curses while Neal's around, well most of the time. Neal pondered who would be at the house at night or why there making Finn sound mad. Neal was tempted to see what's happening while on the other hand he thought he should stay in the bedroom. Finn could get angry Neal's eavesdropping a conversation. He almost slipped back under the covers before he heard Finn say: "Neal doesn't have any aunts or uncles!" The young boys head perked up, curiosity finally struck Neal. "Aunt or uncles? What the heck is happing out there?" Neal decided to investigate, he slipped on a long sleepover shirt and tiptoed his way out of the room. Neal opened the bedroom where a powerful smell slapped him directly in the face. Two feet away, Finn left his gigantic pair of dirty socks over the floor. They've discussed the leaving gross items around the floor, it's annoys Neal that Finn hasn't dropped the bad habit. Last week, Neal left his room when he got met by tripping over Finn's shirt and landed in a pile of armpit sweat stain. Took hours of cleaning till the odor wore off. The young brother still gets grossed out just by thinking of the memory. Once again, he's faced smelling Finn's gross clothes. "Ewww! Why can't he ever stay clean?" While Neal complained avoiding the socks, he missed eyeing the huge of soda lying near the bedroom door. "OOF!" He cried out and smacked face first into it. The fan was standing straight up, after being rubbed into it began swaying back and forth. "No-no-no-no!" Neal quietly yelled, the sound of pop swished inside very loudly; last Neal needed was making a big sound. Thankfully the can stopped moving, a sigh of relief escaped the young kids mouth. His celebration lasted about 5 seconds as he kept moving forward, the can tipped over. Remaining soda spilled out, soaking Neal from head to his feet. The can made a soft noise when landing. "Seriously?! UGH!" He growled. Neal kept moving forward, droppings of pop kept dripping behind his every step. "He's leaving with his REAL family!", Finn's voice boomed, the little brother was shocked on how angry Finn sounded. He began lightly jogging down the hallway, as he got closer to the living room, smaller voices began talking in the distance. The whole situation seemed weird, it wasn't like Finn to scream at strangers. The big brother often tries making peaceful conversations until left with no other option. Neal finally made it at the hallways end, being sneaky he picked his head around the corner where he saw Finn standing at the front door. His whole body looked unease and his hands were gripping the door tightly. Between the gap of Finn's feet, Neal spotted two humans standing outside. One was a lady who has short black hair, and a man with a brown hair and a brown beard. It's very uncommon seeing humans at a giants home, many fear the larger species would crush the humans when stepping outdoors. Neal would know since Mikes almost crushed him on several similar occasions. "I'm not giving my brother away to some strangers!" Finn screamed. "Step-brother sir!" The human man snapped. Finn slipped out the scariest growl Neal's ever heard. "Where's our nephew? We love to take home tonight. The traffic around here is dreadful!" Neal's heart stopped beating, these people are his blood related relative. That's not possible whatsoever, Molly never once mentioned having sibling, and Chris was a only child as well. That's what Neal was told, it could be Molly once again lied about something. After learning that Molly cheated on Chris, Neal struggled believing anything that crazy woman said. If these were indeed blood relatives, the kid had thousand of questions: why didn't they contact him, why do they wanna take him home, how long has been since they last gave a thought about him, and do they actually wish to love him? Neal lost all biological family members, maybe it wouldn't be a bad thing to meet these people. He sure won't go home with them, yet excitement began taking over. It would be great having human family members, good chance he could have some normality for once. Be nice talking to other people without being carried around, or being the tiniest thing in the room. Neal grew a smile, he now really wish to meet his possible aunt and uncle. He moved around the corner, Neal shrunk back once seeing the couple trying to enter, but Finn stopped them. Would it be such a bad idea to let the little brother meet the couple? Finn's small brother was actually little hurt he was being denied meeting the two. Finn kept asking a onslaught of questions, each question the woman answered using the same answer. She kept saying how Molly never allowed them to ever meet each other, those statement kept making Neal despise his mother even more. All the same, the woman's story also made Neal race to the door and hugging them. It's highly obvious the aunt and uncle want their nephew in their lives, and Finn's not the one who should deny them that chance. Sure it's been 12 years, but Neal not being around wasn't really their fault at all. They here now and that's all that matters. Neal prayed her story would change Finn's mind; surly he wouldn't push them away. "NOW GET THE HELL OUT!" The young brothers mouth fell open, he just lost his best chance of meeting them. The couple traded a warning of getting Neal, them left. Finn shut the door  swearing under his breathe. Neal tried making a run, but Finn spotted him. "Neal?! How much of that did you hear?" Finn asked. "I heard enough Finn! How could push them away?! They really wanted to meet me! What's so wrong with that?!" Neal shouted. "It's complicated kid. These two wanna take you away, we can't have them taking my brother away. Like hell they'll ever get near you." Finn said. "Did it ever occur to you that I would actually wanna meet them? Their blood relatives Finn! They are my family as well. Your being selfish! Should have asked me before pushing them away!" Neal barked, Finn didn't look impress. "Neal, Im not dealing with your dramatics. I'm the adult and decision maker. Now get back to bed!" Finn demeaned. "No." The young brother remained where he stood. "Excuse me young man?" Finn snarled. "I don't have to anything you say! Just because my mom singed over some papers doesn't make you my boss! I heard you tell them, I'm living with a family who loves me! Would a really person who loved me get rid of the chance of me having somewhat of a normal life?!" Neal screamed loudly. Finn rubbed the bridge of his nose, a migraine was forming within his head. "Please go to sleep Neal. We're not having this talk." Finn calmly said. "Yes we are! Why can't I meet them?! Must you control every little aspect of my life?!" Neal argues, Finn began losing patience. "Kid, it's not like that at all! Your my baby brother, there's no way I'm letting you go. Those two could never give a home like the one here! Please try seeing my view." Finn knelt down, he placed a finger under Neal's chin. "I'm asking the same Finn, can't you see where I'm coming from?" Neal gently asked, he wrapped his arms around the big finger. "I do Neal, I really do. However, having your best interest in heart, you can't meet them. I forbid it." Finn said soothingly. "Bullshit! Your being a huge ass! I'm not allowed meeting them all because you are afraid I'll actually wish to live with them instead of here!" Neal sobbed slapping Finn's finger away. "Neal please-Wait come back!" Finn tried helping his brother remain calm, but the kid already began running away. Neal though did stop and glanced at Finn, the child's eyes were had tears coming out of them. "I hate you..." he said and ran back into his room. Finn took a breathe, he knew how upset Neal must be. But Finn, must do whatever is right for the kid, even if means Neal will hate him forever.
