A person is is given the abilities of a fog mental model and change into one at around the age of 4-6 they can use their core to make more nano materials if it is in the ocean, thought it is not very efficient. using this ability they can slowly get more and more nano materials to make drills or rigs that can produce more nano materials while being more efficient.
through this they can get enough nano materials to build a vehicle, though it has to be a naval vehicle, be it a submarine, a battleship or even something in between. keep in mind that in the blue steel anime the fog are restricted to ww2 ship by the admiralty code, this will no longer be in effect. keep in mind that the ship does not need to have been one that was built it at least needs to have had concept art or viable plans drawn for it.
their can also be planes and helicopters built to allow for easier access to the main land. after the person is converted into a fog they do not have to eat. the process of a person from human to fog takes a massive amount of nano materials and after the original person is converted to a mental model they can make other people a hybrid who can then later one become a mental model.
the person must be a female when they have the core implanted in them. they can originaly be male but must have surgery to become female. this can be done by a fog or earlier on by humans. keep the amount of fogs an hybrids low.
the supergravity cannon can be kept or removed. it is your choice.
