This one came to me not that long ago.
It does not make much sense but I think it would do fine. I was thinking along the lines of the alicorn from ace combat 7. I was thinking that due to the fact it can launch planes like the i-400 class submarines but is better suited. Besides the fact that it is a fog ship would make it infinitly harder to sink and find.
Any why most of the things I added in my other blue steel idea is still relevant. They can still create platforms to create nanomaterials and thomium, They can also still create hybrids and with the introduction of I.S to the fog ship it will most likely create autonomous I.S with highly advanced stats.
The fog Oc should want to stay hidden as long as possible with some sightings but is forced to reveal itself due to it being close to where the main characters from the Infinite stratos series fight the silver gospel and getting hit by a stray laser from the gospel. But that is at your discretion.
