Blaze Bancroft was no stranger to violence. After all, her entire life was built on it. Her father used violence to control her and her mother, she used violence to become top of her class at the career academy, and the capitol used violence to keep all of the districts in line.

Growing up under this constant cycle of cruelty Blaze learned how to be ruthless and cold-hearted. She wore the mask of a bloodthirsty killer her entire life and only when she meets a certain golden boy does it start to crack.

So I've wanted to write a Finnick fic for the longest time and I've had this story in my drafts for awhile. I've always loved the careers and I love diving into their mindsets so I created Blaze! Her and Finnick are enemies to forbidden romance to enemies to lovers and are going to be major slow burn! Prepare for a lot of angst and heartbreak.
