FIRST DAY OF SUMMER.

IT had been a few months since the siblings first week of school, bentley and the pogue crew becoming close friends quickly, bentley and JJ becoming extra close.

"jaxson, let's go check out the new house!" bentley shouted up the stairs as she stood at the bottom of her granparents small house on 'the cut' as the 'kooks' called it. her grandparents weren't poor they had quite a lot of money behind them, they just didn't want to leave their family home where they raised their children, bentley and jaxsons mom, 2 aunts and 2 uncles. the house was small and run down in ways, but was still home-y to them. they stated they weren't leaving the hone until they died, the loved it to much with far too many memories to throw away.

bentley drove her old blue jeep that was her mother's  when she was a teenager, leaving it at her family home leaving it for bentley whenever they visited but it was permanently hers as she sold her car in the city and jaxson had his car still.
the jeep was cute in her eyes, it wasn't old to the point it was broken and falling apart, but it wasn't exactly a new day model like everybody else would have. the jeep had care and love so it wasn't wasted and broken. it was perfect.

the two arrived, pulling up at the new house, taking the keys and exploring around.

"i dibs this room. no buts" she stated, the room overlooking the front deck and beach, spotting people out there on the scaffolding

"bee, there's people out there" jaxson said mentioning bentleys nickname only shortening her name, the girl furrowing her eyebrows as they walked out there.

"what the fuck are you doing here?" she asked, realising it was her new friends besides john b and kiara, only spotting pope on the deck with tools in his hands, holding them up in defence as bentley fake yelled at them, but was still confused in how the hell the were here, and why.

"hey babygirl" JJ winked, jaxson death glaring up at him as bentley blushed

"they're going to have japanese towel warmers- this place used to be a turtle habit but who cares about the turtles i guess- what the heck, bentley? jaxson?" kiara asked, standing infront of them confused

"what are you guys doing here?" kie asked

"i could ask you guys the same thing- this is our new house- wheres john b?" bentley laughed, all of them looking at her in shock.

"hey bentley!" john b shouted, her turning and looking in the direction where he heard her, her jaw dropping

"can you please not lull yourself?" she asked the same time kie did, the girls laughing with eachother.

"oh- let's wrap this up, yeah, gary's here!" pope said tapping the deck twice, JJ jumping down and sliding down a pole, walking towards bentley with a smile, jaxson stepping infront of her

"jax, hey dude" JJ hugged him instead, the two boys laughing

"JJ let's go!" kie shouted as the pogues ran through the house, gary, the neighbourhood security guy chasing them, another coming towards jaxson and bentley

"this is our house! we got the keys!" jaxson admitting, holding them up before the two got arrested.

"you know these kids here?" she asked

"yeah, they're my friends, i don't know why you're chasing them honestly" bentley said

"because those kids there are no good. they're pogues and break into new houses like these to party and make a mess. don't join them and i shouldn't have to see you two again. got it" she stated, bitchyness in her voice

"yeah okay" bentley said, scoffing as her and jaxson walked off, leaving.

"i don't like her. she's bitchy as heck!" bentley said, moving her hands together mimicking the woman speaking

"i shouldn't have to see you kids here again', dude it's my house, yeh whatever" bentley rolled her eyes as she laughed at herself mimicking the security guard, turning quickly as she closed the door making sure they went the behind her listening, seeing the lady a far bit behind them, hearing the whole thing leaving out the door and heading to the security car where gary walked towards

"didn't get the little bastard s but i got a free beer" he chuckled
