The last day of sat was one full of emotion, even though Cassie was the only one not continuing on with the rest of filming everyone was heartbroken.
The four of them sat around the table in Matthews trailer, chinese food scattered across the wood as they all grabbed at swapped the bags of the delicacy.
"Toast time!" Logan called standing up raising his can of sprite
"We toast today to Cassandra Aliza Noble, yes I found out your middle name, thank you for being the best assistant and making sure I didn't miss shooting everyday. To Cassie!" He announced to group smiling at Cass
"To Cassie!" The three called raising their cans and cheering
"Thank you children, thank you. Please be nice to John and Pen I know they aren't me, but they're good enough." She laughed as they clinked their cans together going back to eating and drinking.
After a while Shai and Logan left leaving her and the brunette boy to clean up the mess.
"You enjoying your last day?" He asked her, passing over an empty carton.
"It's bittersweet, but at least I got to spend it with you all, besides from all the cleaning." She sighed smiling at him while attempting to clean up the mess
"Sit down I'll do it later." Matthew ushered taking the mess out of her hands.
"Look at you taking such good care of me." She sighed falling back onto the sofa resting her hands behind her head
"How are you doing? Seriously." He wandered back over to her asking the question that had been rushing through his mind
"I'm good, it's been what, three weeks? Feels like years." Cassie attempted to joke though he could tell it was still stinging
"Yeah you've been in a coma, it's 2035." He waved his hands across her face making a fake ghost sound causing her to cackle
"What am I going to do without you bullying me all the time." Cass swatted him away with a pout.
"I'm going to make a promise to you Cass, I will make sure that I never ever stop bullying you." Matthew jokingly promised, holding her hands.
"You better"
"Hey sorry to interrupt but I need you hun." Lisa appeared through the trailer door calling for the girl.
"I'll meet you in a sec." She called to the blonde standing up from the sofa.
"See you later Cassie." He smiled up at her.
"See you later Matthew." Cass winked at him before pushing open the trailer door
He sat there looking up at the ceiling, mind blank like a new born child, he felt like he couldn't think if she wasn't around,
like that all he could picture was her, our nothing at all.
