So there are a lot of symbols surrounding the Bill Cypher wheel .
Let's see what these mean .

The first one is the one that looks like a flipped over Y , or an old musical instrument or something , anyway it means " extraction of dryness ."

The one that says ppt. With two lines under it means preparation .

So that makes sense .

1- considering Bill Cypher is a mystical being that was probably created by alchemy and old dark magic .

2- because he's probably preparing some awful plan of something that includes alchemy and dark magic .
