Chapter 3: Long Yichen, I'm going to divorce you

“Why are you looking at me like this?”

Consort Xia looked at her suspiciously, and felt that Mu Xiyue was a little different after she came back this time.

Mu Xiyue smiled sweetly, “I am looking at you to think that is that OK to concede the position of princess to you.” 

Consort Xia had her face changed, “Please don’t say that, Sister Yue. I am already very satisfied with my position now. How dare I think of becoming crown princess? And you are the princess granted by His Majesty. It can’t be conceded to others optionally.”

What she said was quite good. She knew that Long Yichen didn’t pay any attention to her, and she still mentioned the emperor. As long as the emperor was still on the throne, Long Yichen couldn’t divorce her.

It could be endurable to marry a powerless woman as Mu Xiyue, but she even occupied the position as his legal wife. Long Yichen would get mad as soon as he thought of her.

He stared at Mu Xiyue, “You’d better behave well. Don’t disgrace the name of my mansion with your messy business, or I must divorce you even with the cost of my future. ”

He threw his sleeves behind his back angrily and went away after finishing his words.

Consort Liu saw him leaving and said unwillingly, “That’s all?”

Mu Xiyue curved the corner of her month, “What else do you want?” 

Consort Liu stared at her, “A conscienceless woman as you should be driven away and put into pig’s cage. If you still have any self-knowledge, you should concede this position.”

She nodded and raised her long eyebrows, “Shall I turn it over to you?”

Consort Liu glanced at Consort Xia, and then said after curling her lips, “Whoever becomes Princess De will be better than you.”

Mu Xiyue walked around her and looked up at her, “If I remember correctly, you just have married to Mansion of Prince De for about one month. Consort Xia must have already told you the rules of this mansion since the first day.”

Consort Liu frowned, “What do you want to say?”

She sat on the chair Long Yichen sat just now, and said slowly, “You have never paid respects to me since you entered this mansion. As the legal princess of this mansion, I think it’s necessary to teach you by myself, and let you know what the difference between the legal wife and a concubines is.”

Consort Liu clenched her fists with great rage in her heart. She was the favorite as well as the eldest daughter of lineal decent in Mansion of General. With that identity, she could have been anyone’s legal wife rather than a concubine, while she at last chose to marry Prince De. The emperor loved and valued Prince De. It was just the matter of time for him to be selected as Crown Prince, so that she could bear to be a concubine. However, she  couldn’t tolerate to be taught by a less favored woman. She stared at Mu Xiyue and said mockingly, “Don’t think you are great to be the princess. My father is the General. What qualifications do you have to teach me a lesson? ”

Consort Xia nearby took a sip of tea, raising her head with a glance at Consort Liu, and said slowly, “Sister Liu, now that you’ve married to Prince De, you should obey the rules of this mansion. It’s reasonable to pay respects to our princess.”
