Welp, since this book is on hiatus, and I guess I'll just put some random stuff here so my readers won't forget that this book exists lol. I guess I'll update this chapter a lot instead of creating multiple "Extras" chapters.
Okay, I really didn't think this through, did I? I honestly have no idea what to write here-- wait nevermind, just got a few ideas.

This cover was made for me by Zyrofern a while back, and although I decided not to use it, I still want to thank him for taking the time to make it for me. It's an extremely lovely cover!
Also, did you guys know that this book was previously called, Game of Lies? Werewolves9090 helped me choose the title, but I decided to change it to The Experiment a few months back because the plot of this book changed a lot. I actually may write a separate book with my old plot one day, if I ever finish this book. Oh, and here's the first cover for the book:

Werewolves9090 also helped me with the subtitle, actually. That was one of the first covers I ever designed, so a bit on the simple side. My current cover is getting a bit old, so I asked shrinili to design a new one for me (check out her graphic shop, she's extremely talented). I'm quite excited to see the result!
Update: Pretty sure shinrili rejected my cover request because she never ended up making one for me. And that, my dear readers, is why I have a new cover now! For those who are new and don't know what my old cover looks like, here it is:

Oh also, to the few loyal readers I have, here's a new gif I just made. I'll put it at the end of every chapter, so you'll get tired of seeing it soon lol (unless I decide to make more gifs and alternate between them)

The quality is horrible, I know. It took me multiple tries before I managed to shrink the file size to below 3 MB. Either way, I'm using this gif; I'm not going to spend hours trying to figure out how to edit videos in Photoshop just to not use it.
Oh, another fun fact: I think the first chapter of this book went through... 10? drafts. Lol, I was pretty indecisive, but once I finished writing the first few chapters, everything went a lot smoother. Well, until the dreaded writer's block hit. Hopefully I'll get over that soon.
Did you know that I once played a prank on some of my close friends and told them that I was leaving both WP and Discord permanently. When they found out that I was also "quitting" The Experiment, one of them actually created a new WP account to write a fanfic for my book. Lol, it boosted my confidence a bit to know that there are actually people out there who like my book enough to create a fanfic for it.
