It was 1941, the Anglo-American war was over, Ireland is now under US occupation, the German Empire and the United States of America are now strong allies, and the US has sent a special Expeditionary Force of German speaking Americans under the command of Oberst(Colonel) Miller Washington.
These American soldiers wore American uniforms with US insignia of German style and carried both American and German weapons, while still wearing the American M1 helmet and wearing American and German uniform webbing and other forms of American equipment but still closely resembling that of the US Military

Posters were put across the States calling for German Americans and German speaking Americans to join up in the US Army's American Expeditionary Force
While Miller was injured in the Anglo War, he has undergone surgery to make him a better soldier and commander for the States and the Empire and now waits to head beyond the Gate of Berlin and see it's wonders.
