"The Electronics!" Krel yelled before lunging towards the projector. You looked at him in pure awe. He started snatching all the phones and calculators from everyone, and when he started to come towards you, a blue light flashed on the ceiling. Two skeltegs started to roam the classroom. You and the classroom let out a huge shriek and you fell backwards. "y/n!" Krel yelled before deciding to make a run for it, making the whole class follow his lead.

You quickly whipped out your wand as soon as everyone was gone, and zapped one of the strange creatures. It was a direct hit. You chuckled to yourself, "good job y/n, you're welcome y/n".

You rushed outside seeing Aja and Krel bicker. "Remember sister, this is your fault!" Krel complained to his twin sister. "Aja, you did this?" You asked while walking up to them. Krel smirked in a satisfied manner "Finally! you made a mistake!" he said while lifting up his hands

The three of you heard over the loudspeaker that school was cancelled. The students cheered for Aja while Darci came over and hugged her. "Seriously?!?!? you cannot lose" Krel grunted, crossing his arms. Then suddenly, the lights came off. "One say you'll win Krel" You said while touching his shoulder before running off to defeat more of these creatures.

You managed to get rid of 3, but you seemed to take notice that whenever they are around metal or some time of electronic device, they seem to multiply. You rushed out of the empty classroom and met up with Mary in the lunch room. You stared at her recording one of the creatures. "Wait don't! keep your phone away" You warned. "Relax y/n, I'm trying to make another viral video!" She snapped back at you.

You heard Aja, Krel, and Steve burst in. They also asked Mary what she was doing, and got the same response. Then you saw something on Mary's back and let out a fearful gasp. Aja held a bat close to her and slowly moved forward.

"No...sudden..movements.." Aja whispered about to batter up. As soon as Mary turned Aja swung at it with full force.

"We have to look for the nest!" The twin sister exclaimed. Then the five of you heard strange noises from above. You all slowly tilted your heads up. "Or maybe..the nest has found us.." Krel shuddered. The swarm swooped down on the five of you and you all let out shrieks. You couldn't expose your witchcraft to your friends, so you ended up grabbing a chair instead and starting swinging like a madman.

The five of you heard a phone ringtone as Mary whipped out her phone. You, Aja, and Krel noticed that when the music was playing, the beasts froze, and one exploded. Aja gasped and shouted, "Play that horrible sound again!". Mary played her ringtone once more and the creatures stopped as if on command.

Krel let out a smile, "The frequency of earths music kills them!". You and the twins both ran outside to grab his boombox. He noticed some parts were broken and attempted to fix them. Once the music started playing , lots of the bugs started to explode.

The three of you moved on to the café and destroyed the rest of the bugs before making your way back outside. "So, I'll see you tonight?" you asked Krel. "Definitely y/n" He said in a soft voice before his twin was urging him to go home. "Byee!!" He yelled before taking off. You placed a hand to your heart and slid down on one of the lockers. "Wow.." You said to yourself before noticing you had bug goop all over your outfit. "Great" you groaned before making your way home to change

Later On..

You and Krel were texting each other before meeting up

Krel: Sorry about today, things just got a little out of hand..

Y/N: Not at all! I found it kind of fun, besides the guts all over my clothes

Krel: that's a bummer haha

Y/N: ill send you the address of the café we're going to, and by the way, what were those things?

Krel: Alright then, those were just some Cantaloupian beetle that followed us here

Y/N: ohh haha, well, see you there!

You sighed while flopping on your bed. You bolted back up when you realized you had to change. Rushing over to your closet, you grabbed a black cropped hoodie, and some jeans before heading out. "There, totally casual" you whispered to yourself before opening the door to go

At the café..

"You look nervous" Hisirdoux pointed out as you tapped your feet on the concrete patio. "I'm not, its just that its been my first date since forever." you respond shakily. "Relax, it'll be fine, young witchling" You looked at him while adding a playful punch. "Hah, I told you not to call me that Douxie.". Then you heard footsteps

"y/n?" a familiar voice questioned. You turned to your right and saw Krel walking towards you with a red flushed face. Your face started to heat up as well. He sat down across from you as you lightly brushed your hair out of your face.

Douxie, now pretending he's a normal waiter, crouched down and put on a gentle voice, "What can I get for you two today?". You had a sweet tooth that day so you immediately responded "Ice cream please!". Krel looked at you, confusion on his face. "What is this iced cream?" he asked. You let out a huge gasp. "Is there not ice cream in Cantaloupia???" you asked full of surprise. Krel looked down and scratched behind his neck, "Not really, we prefer um.. natural foods?"

You looked back at Douxie and said almost instantly said, "Add.An.Extra.Spoon.". Minutes later, he brought out a confection that Krel couldn't help but to stare at it. You handed the extra spoon, "Try it, its amazing" you happily said with a smile. Krel immediately trusted that smile and picked up the spoon and tried it

"So cold, but so delicious" He said with a shiver. "I know right? its one of my favorite things here!" You exclaimed. After the both of you finished, you both headed out. Douxie opened the door and gave you a small wink. Your face turned red and you started to walk way faster.

Once you and Krel made it back to his home, you noticed how old fashioned it looked. "Wow, I guess old is the new" You stated while looking at his home. Krel chuckled and replied "I guess so.." not knowing exactly what you meant. "Today was great! and by the way, why did you come here and leave your home?" You asked him. Krel's face immediately went dark and said, "Well..my home is in a coup..". Those words made your heart drop

"Oh Krel, I had no idea.." you consoled. "Its alright, as soon as we take back what was rightfully ours, we'll be back home in no time" Krel said unenthusiastically. You touched his shoulder and softly replied, "Whenever you need me, I'm right here". Krel managed to smile before hugging you. You felt your heart beat a million times per hour

"I gotta go" Krel said. "It was nice, thank you". You made a warm smile, "You're welcome, goodnight Krel!". Krel looked back and returned the smile

"Goodnight, y/n"
