On any video editing app:
Add a few visualisation images ( Pinterest is a great source) to your new project
Screen record either a nice audio from TikTok or a frequency from below
Do a voice over with affirmations such as " I am beautiful, I am confident..." Make it about 15 second long
Overlay the voice over over the sound and change the voice over speed to about 6.6x . Lower the volume until you cannot hear it with the music and copy and paste to fill the music. Export and listen to as many times as you want
