Dipper POV:
Why does everything have to be so boring? I wish we could go back to Gravity Falls, to Wendy, and Soos, and Grunkle Stan. And to make matters worse, Mabel has started making me do her homework, so I have to do twice the amount in the school year because I'm in all the advanced classes, so I can't just let her copy. I stopped writing in my journal and got off of my bed, and grabbed my phone. Three missed calls from Wendy and billions of texts to read. I scanned through the messages, I miss you, when are you coming for the summer, I wish you were here, so many texts! After I had finally read through all of the texts Wendy had sent me today, I shot her a text of my own:
"sry, Mabel has summer school, mom making me stay with her :("
She quickly replied.
"Srsly? U guys haven't been her in 4ever!"
"I know, and nxt yr we can't come either" I texted. She seemed so upset it broke my heart to do this to her.
"What!? Y?"
"Mabel really wanted to try out for the cheer leading squad, and she can't this year because of summer school." I texted, feeling terrible. "I wish u were here, gtg bye." And turned my phone off. I kind of noticed Wendy doesn't really talk to Mabel any more. I walked downstairs and greeted Mabel.
"Wendy and I were just talking," I say.
"What'd she have to say? She never talks to me." Mabel pouted.
"She wanted to see when we were coming around next. She really misses us."
"Misses you, you mean." Said Mabel, still pouting.
"What do you mean? She wants both of us to come." I say, obviously confused. Mabel crossed her arms, and raises an eyebrow.
"First, she never talks to me, second, always talks to you, third, texts you 24/7." She lists. I mull it over for a second and then realizes she's right.
"You don't think..."
