This might be a short chapter sorry :(:)
Mike suggested using the poles from the velvet barriers, he and Will insisted you and El stand back. You sighed as everyone pushed the poles onto the car, you smiled when the car pushed over to its side.
"Great guys!" You said clapping.
"Now all the way." Jonathan sighed standing up on the counter.
Everyone pushed as hard as they could, then the car bent over onto its wheels.
"Told you." Mike smirked. "Physics."
Jonathan jumped down and helped Nancy, then they ran to the front of the car and tried to get it open.
"How do i get it open?" Nancy asked.
"Here." You said walking over to the car, you leaned over the door and pressed the button to pop the hood.
"Thanks." Jonathan sighed while he and Nancy opened it.
You noticed Mike, Max and El in the center of the mall, you raised your eyebrow and started walking over.
As you walked over you could hear a slight rumbling sound, it came from above you. You stopped as you were in the middle of both groups. You looked up to the glass ceiling to hear it getting louder, then a large outline came onto the glass. The footsteps continued and the glass started to crack, you didn't need a genius to know what it was. It had found you, the Mind Flayer. You could feel it looking directly at you.
"Y/n!" You heard Mike yell, you knew it grabbed everyone's attention. Your head flew down and you saw the look of worry in his eyes.
As you tried running over to Mike, Max and El the glass shattered. You gave a slight scream as you ducked down covering your head. You quickly lay down flat on the ground behind a dead Russian, you saw it. The Mind Flayer. It shook its head and you took your chance, you quickly crawled to behind a pillar and you tucked your legs into your chest. You could feel yourself breathing heavily. Then the Mind Flayer roared, making it echo around the mall. You didn't know what to do but you did know one thing, you were all alone.
