chapter 6

i gave up on titles lol and TW// eating disorder

the driver pulls up to taco bell. we thank him and walk in to order. we sit down at a table in the corner and they give us our food. i look at nick eating. he looks up at me smiling with his mouth full.

(sapnaps pov)
i catch her looking at me and couldn't help but smile. she laughs. that adorable laugh. i continued eating and look over to see a group of boys looking up and down at ammie. i glare at them. she doesn't even notice them, she's just looking out the window at the passing cars.
i look over at the boys again and see them hyping up one boy to come over and talk to ammie. he finally gets up, ammie still looking out the window.

"hey." he says to ammie. she looks up at me and then realizes i wasn't talking to her. she looks over at the boy talking to her. "um hi!"
he looks back at the group of boys... "i'm jack"
"hi jack. i'm ammie, this is nick." she says looking at me. he ignores what she said about me and says "hi ammie, nice to meet you, um- can i get ur snapchat?" he asks her. " uhm.. yeah of course she pulls out a pen and writes her snapchat on his arm. i glare at him, 'why would he come over here and ask while i was here' after writing her snap he simply says thanks and walks away back to his group of friends.

"that was kinda wierd" she says to me. "yeah, i was sitting right here like what" she giggled and after we talked for a bit i finished my food and we got up and walked to the door. she waved at jack and he smiled and waved back. he friend group going "ooohhh, oooo, hahaha" laughing at him. ammie walked out and a quickly flip him off before stepping outside.

your pov

it was getting late, i was in my room looking at twitter and emails. and you heard nick call your name from the other room... "ammie! we need to talk." 'uh oh...' i sighed and went into the living room. "what'd i do" i said in a joking way. "i'm serious amethyst." he only said amethyst when he was trying to make you mad or when he was dead serious. "you've told me about your eating disorder and i" "nick i know what you're going to say and i'm fine" "i don't believe you. you didn't eat all day. i'm worried about you..." i zone out as he is talking. a tear rolled down my cheek and nick wipes it away i look at him and hug him. "thanks but- i don't have an eating disorder." "ok, i don't believe you, but ordered food, from chipotle, it's coming soon so let's eat it and watch something." "whatever" we start watching the movie. i look down at the bowl nick had gotten me. he got my favorite with all my favorite ingredients. i finally take a bite and look at nick "i'm fine, really" he smiles and continues to watch the movie. after the movie i get ready for bed and take a shower. as the warm water runs down my back i think how i missed showers. i haven't showered for a while since i didn't have the energy. i got our the shower and change into my pajamas, sweatshorts and a tank top. you walk outside and sit on the porch. nick sits down by you. neither of us say anything. i watch nature. the rabbit hopping around, the tree branches dancing as the wind blew, the sun going down. i feel calm. i look over at him. he was staring at me. "do you want to go back inside?" he asked. honestly i didn't, i loved the outdoors but i loved being with him more so i followed him back inside and hugged. "thank you nick." he looks at me. "your welcome? for what exactly?" "everything." i leave it at that, no need to explain since i was grateful for everything he has done. we continue hugging. "i think i'm going to go to bed" i say while yawning. "ok, sleep well." nick says to me. i smile and walk up the stairs

sapnaps pov

i decide to go to sleep too. i walked down the hallway and stop at amethysts room. i heard her sniffling . "hey, are you okay ammie?"
"um i don't know." i walk into her room and sit down next to her. she was shaking. "are you cold" i ask. she nods her head, i get up and grab a blanket and lie it on her. "goodnight amethyst." i say as she slowly drifts asleep. she looked so peaceful. it was a bad day for her. i felt bad. she doesn't deserve any of this.
