Skai POV

(Next day from after Stoke left Jah)

I hear a car pull into the driveway and I figured it was my dad so I hurried to put my socks and shoes on then grabbing my jean jacket and phone.

When I got downstairs I was shocked. It wasn't my dad it was my brother Stokeley! I haven't seen him in a few months. He never really called or texted us a lot. Except for when he first moved out.

(Btw he has a key to the house that's how he got in)

When Stokeley first moved out he would always call and check in on us. But then he slowly started not doing it as much. But after one night when he came to visit, our dad was mad with him for something and Stoke was upset with Miles.

I didn't know what was happening so I didn't say anything and I just went upstairs to my room.

I'm actually kinda hurt that he never calls or at least text me. We use to be so close but I honestly don't know what happened. (Story of my life😔)

"Stokeley? What are you doing here?" I ask.

"Yo is dad or Miles here?" He randomly asks ignoring my question.

"No why-"

He cuts me off, "ok good, is mom here?" He then asks. What is up with him?

"Yes upstairs in her room, wh-"

"Thanks." He says walking away going upstairs. What the hell?

Stokeley POV

I hurry up to get to my moms room before Miles or my dad gets back. I didn't wanna see either one of them.

But as I'm almost at my moms room I see Miles walk out of his room. What the fuck?! She said he wasn't here!

"Hey Sto-"

"Don't fuckin talk to me..."

I make my way back down stairs but then I see the front door open and it was my dad. Shit I don't wanna be around either one of them. And I for sure don't wanna have a fucking conversation wit em.

I didn't know what to do and I just stood on the stairs in silence for a second before I hear a voice. "So your just gonna stand there and not say anything to me?"

Nah nigga I ain't finna say shit to you! So that's exactly what I did, I just ignored him. Does he not fucking remember what happened last time I was here...

Flashback
"Stokeley who is this Jahseh guy Miles is tellin me about?" My dad questions.

So he fucking snitched?! I told him to not tell anyone and what does he do? SNITCH!

I don't say anything and I just stare at the floor.

"Stokeley look at me!" My head is still down but I slightly look at him.

"Are you gay?"

Ok I know that I'm not gay but I'm still confused on how I feel about Jah.
