A Failure's True Power

I look at the battle unfold itself. Neji and Naruto are not screwing around.

Naruto made clones so that his byakugan couldn't tell the real Naruto from the fakes. Neji swiftly moved fast in between the clones and chakra punched the real Naruto!
"You're the one keeping our of range from fear of me striking your chakra points like this. The more the others attack, the more you stand out for holding back." Neji deduced

Naruto coughed up blood as his clones poofed away.
"You're the real one, aren't you?" Neji questioned, "I told you it was pointless."

"Oh yeah, and I told you it was a mistake to count me out." The clone poofed away as two more Naruto's pounced behind Neji from behind.
"You think I'm too scared to take you head-on myself. Think again!" Naruto landed a punch, but that's what you thought as chakra evolves and swirls over Neji he spun around forcing Naruto back.

Things just took a toll for the worst.
Naruto again made clones to see if he can break through his defenses.
"This is gonna end it. You're in range and you can't escape my Eight Trigrams." Neji spoke
"Gentle fist art: Eight Trigrams 64 Palms." Neji said as he punctures Naruto's points halting to use his chakra.

Naruto laid still as he coughed up blood.
"Get up, Naruto, you can do it," I mumbled

Naruto slowly standing back up.
"I told you, I don't know when to give up," Naruto said

Naruto spoke out his mind about Neji titling Hinata as a failure. Neji told him the story behind his disapproving curse mark jutsu and his hatred for the main household, to get rid of the mark is through one's death. The story is terrifying. Long story short, the main household being the older twin by two minutes claims the head and his younger twin brother had become a slave, sealing Neji's fate if serving the head.

"It's your destiny to lose to me. And that's it." Neji finished
"Oh yeah? Well, we won't know that until you beat me, will we?"

Neji finishes his statement and puts on back his headband.
"Okay. So your father was killed a long time ago, and I know it wasn't fair, and maybe you're upset about that, I understand. But that got nothing to do with destiny. If you think I'm buying that, you're wrong."
"You will never understand." Neji reactivates his byakugan and lunges himself at Naruto, striking in his stomach and force him back.

"Proctor. It's over." Neji called, you stare at the scene.
"Hm. You're a failure." He mocked Naruto looks lifeless. He doesn't move.

No, it's not over. Not by a long shot.

"Wait, don't walk away from me. I'm not done yet. I don't quit, and I don't go back on my word. That's my nindo, my ninja way." Naruto states still honoring his promise to Hinata
"Ha... I've heard those words before."

"All this destiny crap. If you believe it, then why are you the one who's walking away?" Naruto said struggling to his feet
"You impudent little brat! Why waste my breath explaining it to you? We are all given a destiny at birth, and it's pointless to fight against it. You don't know what's it like to be branded with a mark that sets you apart, a mark that can never be wiped away."

When Neji stated that. I looked back on my whole childhood, a mark, the nine tails set me apart from society, and it wasn't my fault. But still, everyone thinks of it.
"Yeah, I do. Sis and I know exactly how that feels. Well, what's the big deal? Who cares." Naruto spoke
"You worthless little..." Neji reactivates his byakugan
"Man, you think you've got troubles? I got news for you, Neji, you're not the only special one around here. Did you ever think to wonder that Hinata might be suffering as much as you are? It's not her fault that her father was born ahead of yours, but you resent her for it. You disrespect her even when she's trying so hard to improve herself. All she wanted was your respect. That's what she was fighting for even though it almost killed her. And what was all that talk about? I thought it was destiny for you to serve the main household, not to break it down to a bloody pulp. After all, you said about how you can't fight your destiny, you don't believe in it either, do you?" Naruto stated

Naruto's statement is strong but you could see him struggling to stand up straight.
"I have blocked all 64 of your chakra points. How are you planning to keep fighting when can't use your chakra against me?" Neji smirked and continued
"It's fitting that you sympathize with Hinata cause you are about to share her fate." Neji reactivated his byakugan
"Oh? You think that Byakugan of yours sees everything. You know everyone's weakness, right?" Naruto shouted
"That's right. But if you think you're the one who can prove me wrong, well, be my guest." Neil smirked getting cocky
"You got it! I'm gonna show you you're wrong about a lot of things, starting right now." Naruto yelled

(Come on. Naruto, think of what Old man sage said about the two chakras: one is your own and the other is the Nine tails. If your own chakra is blocked off, you could use the Nine Tails for a powerful come back.) I thought of the lesson.

Naruto's eyes gleamed like he had an idea. He suddenly closed his eyes and concentrate. I can feel Nine Tail's chakra beating.
"Proctor, this has gone on long enough. I suggest you stop the match. If he's foolish enough to continue to fight, I will not be responsible for what happens to him." Neji demanded
"Stupid Neji. He has no idea what's coming to him." I smiled

Naruto scoffed and make a hand sign.
"It's pointless, I told you," Neji said
Naruto wouldn't give up that easily. Come on! Naruto shows everyone your true potential. How we can change the village perspective of losers like us.
"Why do you continue to fight a pointless battle trying to defy your destiny?" Neil said
"Because people call my Sis and me, a failure. We'll prove 'em wrong." Naruto shouted, letting a smile spread across my face.

Naruto charged up not his normal chakra but the Nine-tails'. Rock pebbles lifted to his flow of energy and red chakra swirls around.
Everyone couldn't believe it. I smiled knowing exactly what he's doing. His Nine-tailed chakra waves around resemble its tails. Naruto vanishes before Neji could react appearing behind to throw shurikens, Neji did his rotation to deflect the attack catching the slowed-down stars and replaces them with his own. Naruto rebound off the towering wall just as Neji threw his shurikens at him, He vanishes at lightning speed. They both pulled out their kunai knives and clash red and blue chakra.

"Okay, now. I heard you like close combat." Naruto said charging up to Neji, Naruto's red chakra made a trail of broken rubble.
"It may be the Hyuga way to cave into destiny. It's not mine! If you think it's futile to fight, then don't. Just stand there and take it! I'll change the way of the Hyuga clan...after I become Hokage." Naruto shouted combining his overwhelming chakra to Neji's rotation everything exploded with energy.

Everyone became pale at what they witnessed. "Monster" vs. Hyuga boy. As the smoke cleared, I see two body-like craters this is up to who gets up first.
A hand popped out of the rubble. Neji crawled out, exhausted stumbling to walk over at Naruto's crater.

Naruto lies down steam coming off his essence.

"Sorry, but this is reality. You're a failure. This match is over."

When it was about to be declared, something remarkable happened. Naruto popped out of the ground and uppercut Neji.

"I can't move." Neji struggle to move his body
I look at the fake Naruto proofed away. A decoy strategy! Nice!

I smiled cheekily. Naruto never stops planning ahead of his next attack even when under pressure.

"I should've guessed you'd use that shadow clone jutsu. It's your specialty after all. I was careless." Neji lies down defeated unable to carry on
"For the record, Sis and I failed the graduation exam three times...cause there was this one jutsu that was always on the exam. And it tripped us up every time. It was the one jutsu that we both couldn't master. Sis and I clones were pathetic. That's right. We flunked the shadow clone jutsu every time."

A bird flew off a branch.
"So don't come whining to me with this destiny stuff. And stop trying to tell me you can't change what you are. You can do it too. 'Cause, after all, unlike me, you're not a failure." Naruto finished

I giggled.
"He did it... Naruto won!" I yelled

"The winner is Naruto Uzumaki."

The crowd erupts cheering.
