Cole's POV

It's already 5 p.m and the pageant starts at 7 p.m pero ako nandito parin sa clinic kasalukuyang nagsasara . Visitors and students are already excited. May mga nagsidatingan na at gumagala nalang para maghintay.

"Alis nako " tipid na sabi ni Carl . Tumango lang naman ako.

Siya ang partner ko dito sa clinic . Dito kasi kaming dalawa na assign dahil akala ng mga heads ay walang masyadong tao ang pupunta dito kaya ang mga "tahimik" daw ay dito na assign . Pero mali sila , mas dumami nga ang taong pumupunta dito kahit may naka assign namang medics sa paligid ng school . Ang dahilan? Si Carl. Taena , kahit maliit na sugat lang ay pumupunta parin dito para kay Carl . Even my friend got here for Carl .

Niligpit ko na ang mga gamit na nakakalat at sinara ang mga bintana .
Even if I didn't sign up for this , wala parin akong magawa . I have a lousy partner .

" Is the clinic still available ? " someone entered the room

" Yes . Emergency ba yan? " I said habang nakatutok parin sa nililigpit ko not bothering to look at him

" What brings you here? " I said and handed him papers to sign up .

We usually have papers to sign up para sa personal information ng patient and para sa reklamo . We let them write kung hindi naman malala and let their guardian answer kapag hindi kaya ng patient .

" I'm one of the visitors . I play archery . Someone accidentally hit my shoulder , akala niya ito siguro ang aiming spot " sarkastikong sabi niya

" So? Where is he? Dean's office? " I asked

" Nah, he's a friend. I did not bother to report him " he answered

" Damn. It's deep . You need some stitches . I'll call the ambulance para ihatid ka sa hospital " I said habang sinusuri ang kamay niya

" Really? You don't do stitches here? " He asked

" Hindi kami doctor. We're just volunteers " tipid kong sagot ang dialed the ambulance

" I'll follow you to the hospital . I'll visit dad " sabi ko at hinapit ang bag ko

" Oh? Doon tayo sa hospital niyo? " gulat na tanong niya

" Ofcourse. Tita Hershey would kill me if she finds out na pinadala kita sa ibang hospital " I rolled my eyes

Maya-maya ay dumating na ang ambulance at dumiretso na kami sa hospital . He's on the ambulance while I'm following them using my car because I brought my car with me kaninang umaga .
