15. b. First Kick

Doyoung 🧡

Doyoung and I have our gender reveal party next week at my parents house. We are going to find out if we are having a boy or a girl. We can't wait. We are so excited about it. We honestly can't say what the gender of our baby will be. We don't mind at all. Boy or girl is amazing either way. We are just so excited to be parents and have this miracle baby after all the time. We just can't believe we've been blessed with this bundle of joy. Doyoung and I are at hone making dinner together. He got home earlier tonight and is helping me make dinner for us tonight. I usually do most of the cooking in the house but Doyoung likes to cook on a weekend to give me sometime off. Tonight it's a joint effort. We are making Samgyeopsal with noodles. One of our favourite meals to cook. Doyoung is in charge of the pork and I'm in charge of the other things. We are on with it now. I am chopping some vegetables for the meal. Doyoung is slicing the meat. "How are you doing, sweetie? Are you okay?" he said. "Yes I'm fine, DoDo. Don't you worry" I reply. A few minutes later I feel a butterfly sensation in my tummy. Wait. It feels like the baby is kicking. "Doyoung, the baby is kicking me" I say. "Are they, jagiya? Hang on. I'll just wash my hands" he said. "Yes right here" I say. He smiles and stands next to me and places his hand where mine is. "Oh wow! They are. Little Bean is kicking" Doyoung smiles. "Yes they are" I smile. "I love our miracle baby" he said. The baby kicks for a few more minutes and then we carry on cooking. Awwww what a lovely surprise tonight

Johnny 💛

I am still in the US and Johnny is still in Seoul. We will be reunited soon I'm pretty sure. I miss him a lot. Last week I found out with my mom that we are having a baby girl. He was so excited when I told him. We are having a little princess and we both couldn't be happier. Can't wait to meet our little girl when she is here in the next few months. I am at home on my own now. My sister in law was with me earlier but she's gone now to be with my brother and kids. I have my feet up on the couch and I'm relaxing before I go to bed. Johnny sometimes calls me in the evening when I'm on my own. I am watching one of my favourite shows The Bachelorette on TV when my phone rings. Speak of the devil, it's Johnny of course. "Hey, baby. How's it going?" he said. "Hey, Johnny baby. It's going okay" I reply. "How are you and our baby girl? Johnny said. "We are doing just fine" I reply. "That's great. I'm missing you so much. Can't wait till I'm back in your arms" he said. "Awwww. Me too, Johnny" I smile. As I was taking to Johnny, I feel the baby move. I think she's kicking me. She hasn't kicked before. "Ohhhh, Johnny. I think our princess is kicking me" I say. "Is she. Really. That's my girl?" he replies. "She hasn't done that before. Can you see her moving?" I say pointing my phone to my bump. "Oh yeah a bit. That's great, honey. Our princess" Johnny said. "Yes it is" I smile. Our baby girl kicked while I was talking to Johnny this evening. That's great. She knows her daddy loves her. Can't wait till Johnny and I are back together again which hopefully won't be long

Taeil 🤎

I am 23 weeks pregnant now and we are still not finding out the gender of our baby. We can't wait to be or she is born and it will be the biggest surprise of our lives. It already was getting pregnant but this is even more of a bigger surprise. Since we are not finding out the gender, we are not having a gender reveal party. Instead we are inviting our friends and family over and we are hosting a baby party. Playing a game of guessing the gender. Can't wait to see if people think it's a boy or a girl. Exciting times. Taeil and I are out at the supermarket doing some shopping and also getting some things for the party too. "What should we get for the party?" he asks. "Pink and blue things since we are not finding out the gender" I reply. "Yes. We don't want to know" he said. We go to the baby aisle and find where the party things are. I find some pink and blue bunting and banners and little decorative stuff for our baby party. "I think we are good. I've got everything I need to have the cake too" I say. "That's good. I can help with that" Taeil smiles. As we were ok our way to the checkout, I feel a movement in my tummy. I stop and Taeil looks concerned. "Are you okay, honey? What's wrong?" he said. "Taeil, I think the baby just kicked me" I say. "Wow! That's great. Was it a kick?" Taeil replies. "Yes it was. Here it comes again" I say. We didn't want to look weird in the store shopping. We pay and then go back to the car. I feel the baby kick a little again. "They just kicked again" I say. Taeil smiles and puts his hand where mine is but the baby stops kicking. "Awe they've stopped now" Taeil said. "Yeah I know. Maybe they'll kick for their Appa again later" I said. So we got in the car and drive home after a successful shopping trip. Our little baby kicked me for the first time and it was amazing

Yuta 🖤

Yuta and I are having twin boys. I'm going to be outnumbered by boys soon but that's okay as I love them all. We are so excited to be having these two little boys together and getting married in the future whenever that will be. Not for a while we think. Yuta and I are snuggled up in bed having a movie night in bed. The movie we are watching is Isn't It Romantic. It's really funny. We are enjoying it a lot. I felt one of our baby boys move earlier this afternoon. It felt like he kicked me. Yuta has his arms around me in bed and he's holding me close as we watch the movie. "Baby I love movie nights with you in bed" he smiles. "Awww me too, baby" I reply. We carry on watching the movie together. I change my position so I'm more comfortable. I feel one of the babies movie again. I think it's the same one as earlier. "Yuta, one of the babies is moving. The same one as earlier" I say. "Really one of our boys is kicking" he said. "He was moving. Wait I think the other one is moving too. They both seem to be kicking now" I say. "That's amazing" Yuta said. He rests his head on my bump. "Stop you might crush them" I say. "No I won't. I wanna hear them" he said. I smile. The babies continue to kick. One longer than the other but it was amazing. We carry on watching the movie and then go to sleep afterwards. Our handsome little boys just kicked me. Yay! I can't describe the feeling
