50. a. Baby's First Steps

Mark 💖

Reuben has just celebrated his first birthday. We can't believe he's a year old now. Our special little boy is a year old now. A whole year old. Mark and I have been parents for a whole year now. Reuben is the best little boy ever and we love him so much. Today we are heading to the mall for a day out just the three of us. The mall is one of Mark and I's favourite places to go. I'm sure it will be Reuben's too. Reuben is ready to go now, Mark is waiting in the lounge with him till I'm ready. I can hear them talking and having fun. I'm almost ready to go now. 10 minutes later I go into the lounge and to my surprise Reuben is stood up on his feet. He looks at me and he walks a couple of steps to me before falling over. "Clever boy, Reuben" I said. "He got up all by himself too" Mark said. "Wow! That's amazing. He's growing up so much and learning new things everyday" I reply. "He is. That's my boy" Mark said picking up Reuben. "We have the best son in the whole world" I reply. "We sure do" he said kissing me. Reuben took his first steps so quickly that I couldn't get it on video but nevertheless he just walked

Jaehyun 💜

Joohyun turned a year old two months ago now. She is such a big girl now but she isn't walking just yet. We won't worry as she will be soon. Babies take some time to walk in their own time. She'll walk when she's ready. We are taking Joohyun to her baby play class today. She goes once a week on a Saturday morning and she loves it. Jaehyun and I both take her and stay with her. We are getting her ready now and leaving soon. She is just in casual clothes for her play class. Joohyun was all ready and we set off and arrived at class soon. We take a seat with all the other babies and parents. The class starts and Jaehyun and I sit with Joohyun. During the class she stands up on her own and looks at us. A moment later she walks to us. Just a few little steps. "Baby girl, you're walking" Jaehyun said. "You are. Her first steps" I reply. We hugged and kissed Joohyun and everybody in the class cheered for her. Play class was great today and little Joohyun walked for the first time too. So proud of our baby girl

His POV

Taeho is a year old now and he's a big boy. He can stand up on his own but he's not walking just yet. We think he'll be walking soon do Y/ N and I. Our boy is the best thing that's ever happened to the both of us. He is so special to us. Taeho is our gorgeous little man. Taeho loves playing and especially having father, son time with me. We love our father, son time together. That's what we are doing now while Y/ N is doing some work. She's working on a novel. She's taken up writing as it's always what she wanted to do. I've been in Japan for a few days recently. I've missed having time with my boy. We are playing together now while Y/ N is busy with her stuff. Taeho likes playing with his blocks and I like playing with him. "That's my boy, Taeho" I say. He looks at me and smiles. Taeho then stands up on his own and I hold his hands. He starts walking to me before flopping down. "Y/ N, Y/ N. Come here" I said. "Okay. What's up?" she replies. "Taeho just took his first steps to me" I reply. "Really? Did he?" She said. "Taeho, are you going to walk for mommy?" I say. Taeho stands up on his feet again and walks for Y/ N. "Well done, Taeho. Who's such a good boy?" Y/ N said. "That's my big and clever boy" I say picking Taeho up and cuddling him. My boy just walked during father, son time

His POV

Heeyoung is off walking now, she took her first steps for us the other day. We can't believe she is walking now. We just need her brother Seungwan to walk. He can stand on his feet but he's just not walking just yet. I think he will be pretty soon. The twins are now over a year old. They both love playing and play really well together but sometimes they forget to share though. Sometimes we can have tantrums. Y/ N and I have taken the twins to the park today. They love going to the park. They love playing with watching other children play too. I am on the slide with Seungwan now and Y/ N is pushing Heeyoung on the swings. We like doing individual things with them. Seungwan could go on the slide all day with me if he has the choice. When we get a bigger house we are going to get a slide and swing set. That might be soon. They just love playing do our little ones. I continue playing with Seungwan for a while longer and watching the girls having fun. Seungwan crawls off my lap and stands on the ground. I was worried that he was going to fall so I went over to him. "Careful, little guy. Appa is here" I say. Seungwan then takes a few steps away from me. "Y/ N, look. He's walking. He's walking" I says. "Awe, Seungwan. That's wonderful" she said. "Isn't it amazing. I knew he would walk soon" I reply. "It's amazing. Heeyoung, your brother is now walking too" Y/ N said. We both smiled and praised Seungwan for walking. Both our babies are now walking. Can't believe it

Donghyuck 💚

Miyoung has just taken her first steps the other day. She took her first steps in the lounge after dinner the other night. Me and Donghyuck were so happy when she started walking. We practically screamed. She's getting so big now. That's our girl. Miyoung is on her feet now walking. We feel like the proudest parents in the world right now. Our baby girl is walking. Eunsang and Miyoung are playing at home. It's the weekend so Donghyuck is here. He loves being here with me and the kids. Miyoung stands up when she's ready to. I am watching them while Donghyuck is elsewhere. They always need one of us in the room with them to watch them. I look at Miyoung and she grabs onto the coffee table and walks to Donghyuck in the kitchen. "Hey, baby girl. Are you coming to see Appa?" he said. "Yes she is. Aren't you, Miyoung?" I reply. "I'm so proud of you, my little princess" he said picking Miyoung. Donghyuck kisses her and dances with her in the kitchen a bit. Miyoung is walking now and we are so happy she is
