I'm a week away from my due date. Our baby could be here anytime and me and Jaehyun can't wait to meet him or her and become parents. For the last few days I've been feeling like I couldn't go into labor. It hasn't happened yet. I had an episode the other day where I thought I had a contraction. It wasn't. It was just indigestion. No sign of our baby yet. Jaesung if it's a boy and Joohyun if it's a girl. We don't mind either way. Jaehyun is still in the studio till the baby arrives. I know I call him if I need him and he'll be over as soon as he can. I am home alone now but my mom is here with me. She said I shouldn't be left alone at this point in my pregnancy. I know she is definitely right. I definitely feel like I need someone with me. Jaehyun will be coming home in the next couple of hours or so. Can't wait to see him. Hope the baby hangs off till then. My mom has just made me lunch. I told her I didn't want much so she just made me a salad and it was nice. Me and my mom are spending sometime together now. She goes when Jaehyun comes home. As I'm sitting on the couch talking to my mom, I start to feel a little funny. I try to get a more comfortable position sitting on the couch. "Are you okay, Y/ N? You look uncomfortable" my mom asks. "Mom, I think I might have just had a contraction. The pain feels sharp" I say. "Yep that sounds like a contraction. I think you're in labor, love" she said. "Yeah there goes another one" I reply. My mom sits with me as she times by contractions. I start to go pretty feint as I'm having contractions. I don't think I've had enough water to drink so my mom gets me some. Sometimes i forget to drink water. My mom couldn't see I wasn't feeling too good so she took me to the hospital before my contractions were frequent
I go unconscious on the way to the hospital. My mom gets me there as quick as possible. Jaehyun knows I'm in labor and at the hospital. He will be here as soon as he can. I start to come around a little more when we got there. My mom was giving me water to drink. "Hospital. Where's Jaehyun?" I say. "He'll be here soon. I've called him. Don't worry" mom said. Jaehyun arrived soon after. "Jaehyun, I'm finally here. There was some traffic" he said sitting my by side. "It's okay, Hyunie. You're here" I say. He kisses me and smiles. "How's our baby doing?" he asks. "I think they are doing okay" I say. "Oh the boys are here btw. They wanted to come. They are not leaving till the baby is born" Jaehyun said. "What? All 22 of them" I say. "No they wouldn't be allowed. Just the 127 guys" he said. So nice that the buys are here and they are not leaving till the baby is born. My mom stays too of course. My dad might come later. The doctor comes into check on me. "Okay let's see what's happening" he said examining me with the probe. "The baby's heartbeat seems low, Mrs Jung. I'll need to check regularly. If it gets dangerously low the only option would be a c section" he said. "Okay" I reply. The doctor comes back in about another half an or so. He monitors the baby's heartbeat again. "The baby's heartbeat drops lower. I think we need to do a c section. I don't want it to drop any lower or we might lose you both" he said. They prep me pretty quickly. Jaehyun could go in with me even though I was under anaesthesia. This is our first baby so he doesn't want to miss the birth. They inject me with the anaesthetic. I felt Jaehyun's hand squeeze mine. He kept on talking to me throughout to reassure me and tell me everything was okay. Our baby was almost born
His POV
Our beautiful baby girl has just been born. She was born about 30 minutes ago. We have a beautiful little girl. Y/ N is still coming round from the anaesthetic. Don't think she knows that we've just had a beautiful little girl. I suppose I should tell the guys and Y/ N's mom while she wakes up. I walk out the door to the waiting room to tell them the amazing news. "It's a girl! We have a beautiful baby girl, guys. I'm a daddy" I say. "Congratulations, man" Taeyong said. "So happy for you" Doyoung said. "That's amazing. You and Y/ N have a little princess" Johnny said. "I have a granddaughter" Y/ N's mom said. "What's her name gonna be?" Haechan said. "We said if we have a girl it would be Joohyun so her name is Joohyun" I reply. "Awwww cute name" Mark said. The guys couldn't come in just yet as Y/ N isn't awake yet and I haven't seen the baby. I go into the room and she's waking up slowly. Joohyun is getting checked over. "Hey, sweetie. Are you alright?" I say. "Hi, Jaehyun. I'm okay I think. Where's the baby? Are they okay?" Y/ N said. "Y/ N, we have a beautiful baby girl. I haven't actually seen her just yet but she's beautiful" I reply. "A little princess. Awe" she smiles. I smile and kiss her hand. A few minutes later, a midwife wheels our newborn baby girl in. "Congratulations, Mr and Mrs Jung. She's absolutely gorgeous" she said. "Thank you" I smile. "There she is. Hello, Joohyun" she said. "She's just beautiful, Y/ N" I reply. "You hold her first, Jaehyun" Y/ N said. "Are you sure?" I say. She smiles. I carefully pick up Joohyun from the crib and sit down on the chair and hold her for a little while. "Hello, darling. I'm your Appa. Welcome to the world, my beautiful girl" I say. "Awwww she loves her Appa" Y/ N said. I felt so much job holding my newborn daughter for the first time. Such an incredible. Our beautiful little girl Joohyun is here and we are completely in love with her so much
