38. b. He Changes A Diaper

Doyoung 🧡

Baby Dongjun is now 2 weeks old. He's been in our lives for two whole weeks. He's our miracle little boy. We never thought we'd have him but we do now and Doyoung and I love Dongjun unconditionally. Doyoung is an amazing dad. I always knew he would be since early on in our marriage. I always knew he would be an amazing father. We definitely want more children in the future if we can have them. Doyoung and I will be waking up for the day anytime. Last night wasn't so bad. Dongjun was up several times but we both did get a decent amount of sleep I would say. I open my eyes and yawn and stretch in bed. "Hello, morning, my love" Doyoung said. "Morning, DoDo" I smile. "How did you sleep? Did you get enough sleep?" he asked. "Alright and I think I did" I yawn. "Dongjun woke up about three hours ago but you were fast asleep so I changed and fed him" Doyoung said. "Awe that's good of you" I reply. He smiles and kisses me. A moment later and Dongjun wakes up and starts crying. "It's okay I've got him" he said. "You did it last time" I reply. "I can do it again. Anything for you two" he said. Doyoung goes over to my side of the bed abs picks up Dongjun. "Good morning, my son" he said cradling him. He rocks him. "Diaper change or feeding time. Eh" Doyoung said. "Think he probably needs a change by the look of it" I reply. Doyoung takes Dongjun into his nursery and changes him. He comes back about five minutes later with him in his arms. "The boy is all clean" he said. I smile. He gets into bed with Dongjun and we have a little cuddle with him till we get up

Johnny 💛

Harmony is now over a month old. She was born premature. She's still tiny. She is in newborn clothes now not preemie clothes. She is gaining weight slowly. I am breastfeeding her more too. Harmony is such a precious and sweet baby girl and Johnny and I love her so much. He's an amazing dad to her. I love seeing him talk and sing to her. It's so sweet. They are both so sweet. Johnny is only going into the studio with the guys half of the week. Two days he's a home with me and Harmony. They understand as he has a premature baby. He is home today with us. Harmony is asleep right now. She is such a little angel when she's sleeping. She's a little angel anyway. "I love being home with my two favourite girls in the world" Johnny says. "Awwww I know. We love having you here with us" I reply. Johnny smiles and kisses me. A little later Harmony wakes up. Johnny goes into our room where she is sleeping to get her. She was crying pretty loud. "It's okay, sweet girl. Daddy is here" Johnny said. "John, I think she needs changing" I say. "Sure I'll do it" he said. We have a little changing station on the floor in the lounge so we don't always have to go into the nursery. He kneels down on the floor and lays Harmony on the changing mat and lifts up her clothes and takes off her dirty diaper and changes her. "It's just a wet one thankfully" Johnny said. He changes Harmony in a few minutes and hands her to me. He's quick at doing it. "Are you hungry, baby girl?" I say. "Yes I think she is for her mamas milk" he said. I sit on the couch and feed Harmony. She's our sweet and precious baby girl

Taeil 🤎

Taeil has been okay at changing Nayoung's diapers in the last two weeks since stes been born. I still do most of the diaper changing in the house. Taeil is a good dad though. He loves our baby girl very much. I just don't think he's 100% keen on changing diapers. He needs to be if there's times I'm not here. In case I go out on my own anytime. Taeil got back from doing the shopping not so long ago. I'm helping him put the things away as it's the weekly shop there's a lot. A weekly shop always comes with more baby supplies. We get through a lot of diapers and things with Nayoung. She is sleeping right now. I am organising the fridge to make space for the things we've just bought. Taeil is putting things away in the cupboard. I look into the lounge and Nayoung is just waking up from her sleep. It's always likely that she needs feeding or changing after a sleep. A few minutes later she starts crying a little. I go in and pick her up and take her into the kitchen. "There's my princess" Taeil said. "She's awake but hang on, Taeil. I think she needs changing" i say. "Okay, sweetie. I can do that for our girl" he said. "Alright. Are you sure?" I reply. "Yes" Taeil replies. I hand Nayoung to Taeil and he changes her in her room while I carry on sorting out the fridge. He comes back just over 5 minutes later with a happy little Nayoung in his arms. "She's all happy and clean now" Taeil says. "Great" I smile. "Anything for my girl" he smiles. After putting away the shopping we spend some time with Nayoung

His POV

The boys are 3 weeks old now and Y/ N and I love being parents to Daisuke and Toshiro. It's very hard but I think we are getting used to it and coping more. Y/ N's mom and sisters come over to see us at least once a week and help when needed. Her mom even offered to stay for the night but we said we were okay. I love being a dad to my boys a lot. I'm still not 100% keen on changing diapers yet but I have to do it. Sometimes the smell and the messiness bothers me but I'm a man and I suck it up so Y/ N doesn't have to do it all. It's getting towards dawn and we are asleep in bed. A couple of hours ago we were up with the babies feeding and changing them. We only get about three hours sleep at a fine being new parents to twins but that's the way it is. I woke up as I heard one of the boys crying. Y/ N looked to be fast asleep next to me. Toshiro was crying. He sleeps on Y/ N's side of the bed in a crib of course. I picked him up and rocked him gently and whispered to him. "It's okay, buddy. You probably need changing". Y/ N was fast asleep so I take Toshiro into the boys nursery and change him. I talk to him softly till I've changed him. When I go back into our room, Y/ N wakes up. "Hey. What's going on?" she said. "Toshiro woke up and he needed a changed so I changed him" I reply. "Okay. I didn't hear you. Does Daisuke need changing" she replies. "No I think he's okay. Go back to sleep" I reply. Toshiro goes back to sleep and we do for a bit
