23. b. Picking A Name

Doyoung and I are been getting possibilities for names for our son. We need to give him a name or at least have an idea what we are going to call him. We both like the names Jaehyuk, Dongchan, Dongjun, Heechul and Minchul. All are great names. It's gonna be hard to decide on one for our son. But we will decide on the perfect name in the end. It's Sunday morning and Doyoung and I are about to wake up for the day. We don't really have anything planned today. Think we are just going to chill and maybe sort out some things in the nursery. Most things are already sorted for the baby but there is still some things we need to do. I yawn and stretch and turn to Doyoung's side of the bed. He opens his eyes and smile. "Good morning, my beautiful wife" he smiles. "Morning, my handsome husband" I reply. Doyoung smiles and pulls me closer and kisses me. "God I love your morning breath" he said. "Eww that's weird" I reply. He laughs. "Sweetie. I've been thinking overnight i really like two names for our son. Dongjun and Minchul but I don't know which and we should go for. It's a pretty hard choice choosing what to name your child. He has to have the perfect name as he's gonna have it for the rest of his life" Doyoung said. I like all names we choose. You know, Doyoungie. We don't have to pick one now. We can still be thinking and considering till he's here. We've still got more than a month yet" I reply. "Yeah I know, jagiya. I tend to think too much ahead sometimes" he said. "It's fine, jagi and yes agree. We have five good name possibilities for our son" I reply. "Oh yes we do. It's gonna be hard to choose just one" Doyoung smiles. "Awwww. I love you, DoDo" I smile. "Awww I love you too, munchkin" he said. We don't have to decide on a name for our baby boy just yet. We've still got lots of time to choose the perfect name

The name will be kept till the labor and delivery chapter. What do you think it will be?

Johnny and I are back in Korea now. We have been apartment hunting and we've found an apartment. We looked at two and hit lucky on the second one. It's just what we wanted and we are really pleased with it. We are going to do our baby girls nursery soon here. Can't wait to make a start on it. We already gave a great one for her in Chicago. We will be spending most of our time in Korea though. We are struggling to choose a name for our little girl. I like Sophia and Emily but I'm not sure if they are the right names for her. They are common names and I want something a little more out there and unusual. We are definitely going for an American name as Johnny and I are both American born and raised. Johnny is about to come home from the studio anytime now. I've been at home in our new apartment all day. We don't have much here right now. We have a couch, a bed, a kitchen table and chairs and kitchen things. We need to go out and buy more things. Our priority is getting ready for the baby atm. While I'm tidying up the front door opens and Johnny walks in. "Hey, beautiful. I'm here" he said. "Hello, John. How was your day?" I say. "It was good. I missed you" Johnny replies. "I missed you too, baby" I reply. "I think I've thought of the perfect name for our little girl. How about Harmony? That would be a perfect name for her. I think it sounds really beautiful and we wanted something more unique" Johnny said. "That sounds great, Johnny. I like Harmony. It's perfect for her" I reply. "Amazing, darling. Maybe her middle name could be Everly. Harmony Everly Suh sounds great" he said. "Yes I love it, Johnny. I love it so much. Harmony Everly" I reply. "I love it too, sweetheart" he smiles. Johnny just thought of the perfect name for our daughter. Harmony Everly Suh

Taeil 🤎

Taeil and I might not decide on a name for the baby yet. I'm over a month from my due date and we don't know the gender yet.  I guess we might choose a girl name and a boy name we like for when the baby is here just so we are ready. I might ask Taeil is he likes any names we could use. We have almost finished eating dinner now so I'll ask him after when we are sat on the couch. When we had eaten we clear the table. We have to wash everything up as we don't have a dishwasher. Might make things easier for us in the future when the baby is here. We'll have to consider it. With everything done we could sit down and relax. We put on some TV and watch it. "Taeil, can I ask you something?" I ask. "Yes sure you can, sweetie" Taeil replies. "Well I think we should kinda be considering names for the baby. We may not know if they are a boy or a girl yet but I think we should have a couple of names in mind. One for a boy and one for a girl" I say. "Yeah sure I agree. I can choose a boy name and you can choose a girl name" Taeil said. "I like Choonhee and Nayoung for a girl" I said. "Ummm let me see what I like for a boy"
Taeil said. He looks at names for boys on the internet. "Jeonghoon sounds cool and also I like Sunwoo. Both awesome names" he said. "Maybe we should choose the one we like the best as the baby's possible name" I say. "Sure. I think I like Jeonghoon the best" Taeil said. "Well I like Nayoung the best for a girl" I say. "Okay so Jeonghoon if it's a boy and Nayoung if it's a girl. Great we have two great names for our baby picked out Which is great

His POV

I've kinda been thinking about names for our twin boys. I like Daisuke and Toshiro for our boys. I think they would be great makes for them if Y/ N liked them. I actually haven't told her yet. She was talking about giving her one of them a Korean name and the other a Japanese name. I don't know about that. I know that she's been carrying them for nearly 9 months. I want them to have Japanese names. Daisuke and Toshiro would be perfect names for our boys. I'm gonna ask her. I am in bed waiting for Y/ N to finish in the bathroom. I'll ask her when she gets in before she goes to sleep. I know she's tired. About 5 minutes later she gets into bed and snuggles next to me. "Babe, can I ask you something? I know it's late" I said. "Okay" Y/ N asks. "I've been thinking about naked for the boys and I like Daisuke and Toshiro. Japanese names I know but I think they would be great for them" I say. "Okay cool" she replies. "Do you like them? I know you said you wanted to use a Korean name for one of them since they are gonna be half Korean" I say. "Well yes I would but it's okay, Yuta. If you like those names we can use them" she said. "Okay really. Are you sure?" I smile. "Yes it's fine. I like Daisuke and Toshiro. Sound cute names" she said. "Brilliant. I love you and our boys" I reply. "Love you guys too" Y/ N smiles. Daisuke and Toshiro will be the names of our boys. So glad Y/ N agreed
