Lizzie Pov
I yawned and walked outside at the end of the school day. Scott and Lauren ran up to me. "Hey make sure you keep the heid!" Scott said. Both Lauren and I just stared at Scott and laughed. Scott rolled his eyes and laughed to before saying "It means stay calm, don’t get upset." I nodded and watched them go home together. I leaned against the school walls and put one of my earplugs in and listened to "Revenge".
Narrator Pov
As Lizzie was listening to her music and shadowy figure approach her. It was Cole, and he had a baseball bat. Before Lizzie could notice him, Cole knocked Lizzie with the bat and dragged her behind the back of the school. The he ran back to the front of the school to see Joel. He evily smirked and made himself fake cry and ran to Joel without the bat. "Hey n--Joel help" Cole said still fake crying.
Joel Pov
I was exiting the school when I heard Cole crying and coming to me?!? I started sweating as he approached me with tears rolling down his face "Joel, I am sorry please help me!" Cole said to my surprise. "W..w..what wrong?" I asked shaking. "I been trying to apologize to Lizzie but she is being ignoring me all day. Can you tell her I just want to talk?" Asked Cole I just nodded and looked around for Lizzie. "She ran around the school" Cole said pointing to the left. I started walking the way he pointed. Suddenly I feel something slamming into my head. Before I pass out I saw Cole's sneakers
