I woke up in a daze there was fire all around me.
"Guys? Where are you?" I called out to my friends
I walked out of the pelican, there was grass and lakes all around me.
I walked over to the other side of the pelican and saw a body!
I quickly ran over to it and saw that it was Garrick!
"No..... This can't have happend!" I yelled
Garrick looked like he was shot down by Covenant blasters but instead of the regular blue color it was orange.
I sniffled as I picked up Garrick's dog tags off of his corpse I also picked up his helmet cam to see how he had died.
"Goodbye old friend." i said to him.
I walked a way in sadness.
December 14 2557,
I have been walking for hours on this ring and there has been no sign of Connor, Sarge, or Adam anywhere.
I finally after 12 hours of walking found a cave to take refuge in, when I got inside I took out Garrick's helmet cam.
I pressed play.
"Whoa what the hell Alex your flying sucks!" Garrick walks over to my unconscious body.
"SHIT ALEX!" He starts to panic and looks for Sarge and Connor but they are already gone.
They must have thought we died.
Then there was a loud noise that came from outside the ship!
And to my absolute surprise there was Something I never thought I would ever see
A forerunner.
