I woke up and I turned and saw that Kasim was in the bed , "kasim im going home" i said
"home why ?" he said groaning , "because ..." i said getting up and grabbing my stuff
"yo nali " he said
"yes" i said
"we gotta talk" he said
"about ?" i said
"us" he said
"us ?" i said confused asf , "yes us , it ain't no secret that im still inlove with you" he said
"kasim please" i said
"im serious Nali , i can't stop thinking about you" he said
"Kasim , we try and we try , we just don't work . you know i love you and care about you but it's like we just aren't meant to be" i said
" sit down" he said

i sat down still tryna keep up with my attitude

i got in my car and drove home

"yea it's me" i said setting my keys down
"Nali i am so so so sorry about Leon" she said
"Lala it's okay , you didn't know i was never mad at you" i said hugging her
"you just didn't come home last night i thought-" she started
"shhh it's okay , i just needed to talk to someone" i said
we let go and we made ourselves some food , "so sage stayed with you ?" i asked
"yea she did" she said
"y'all have gotten really close lately" i said
"yea we have , we had a deep conversation last night" she said
"i love that for you guys" i said
"so where did you go ?" she asked
"kasim house" i said
"mhmmmmmmm"
"whattttt" i said
"just get back together with him" she said
"it's easier said than done" i said
"is that so ?" she said
"yes" i said
"well of course it is , a relationship is work but it's worth it in the end" she said
"not if i get hurt" i said
"even if you get hurt it's still worth it , it allows you to build yourself and learn not every relationship is supposed to be a walk in the park" she said
