He was sitting on the couch as manman was in the bathroom and i made my way to the kitchen.
He nodded at me and i smiled flicking on the light to the kitchen.
I grabbed a arizona sitting on the counter as he came in the kitchen.
He stood in front of me saying something but i couldn't hear him.
I pushed my hair behind my ears showing him my hearing aids.
There was a surgery for my hearing but we couldn't afford it so i wore my hearing aids more then half of the time.
The only time i didn't have them in was when i was by myself i could listen to music and hear people but it had to be something very low because my ears would start to beep if it was loud causing pain.
I turned my hearing aids up.
"May you can repeat your question?" I smiled.
"I asked how old you was." He laughed making me smile.
His laugh did something , it was so smooth and calm. it made me comfortable.
"18 turning 19 in december." I played with my fingers.
"You?" I looked up.
"Just turned 20." He smiled.
I nodded seeing my phone flash and i picked it up.
zariya my cousin name showed on the screen and i picked up.
"Im outside hoe." She yelled in my ear making me wince.
I turned my hearing aid down pushing hopping off the counter.
"Ok im coming." I said softly.
She hung up and i smiled at the boy.
"Myori." I held my hand out.
"Leon." He shook it.
I smiled grabbing my mask and walking outside to the car.
"Damn girl finally." She said and i smiled.
"Hush." I played with my phone.
"Hold on i gotta stop to get gas first." She pulled off in the direction of the gas station.
I turned on the light and opened my camera flipping threw filters.

"God took his time." I mumbled lowly.
I went to scroll accidentally liking it.
My heart dropped below my ass.
"I know you fucking lying." I whispered yelled to myself.
I unliked the picture faster then my daddy left me.
I prayed silently to myself that he didn't notice the notification.
But god wanna be hellen keller today cause soon as i unliked it i got a notification.

I read over the message trying to understand what he said.
I was stuck on the one little word making me huff trying not to cry.
The thread was still open and i know he was probably getting aggravated so i did what i do best.

I knew how to spell but i didn't know how to write it out , it was frustrating growing up because of my disabilities.
