Maya smiled looking at the little apartment she and Josh found them in, in New York.
They were still there while not knowing how long they still want to stay.
"So New Years and birthdays are gonna be different now. I still can't believe how that accident happened. Poor Lucas," Maya said.
"Poor Alexis. That poor girl now has to be raised without a mother. I can't even imagine what that feels like," Josh said looking down at Maya.
"I'm sorry. You grew up without Kermit and Cory raised you for so long you probably feel like you see yourself in Alexis," Josh said and Maya exhaled.
"I have you and my family. I'm happy," Maya said as Josh gave her a kiss.
