Chapter 4 unexpected attack

A few days went by after the one year anniversary, as me and the rest of the higher ups were planning on raiding a place on earth. I get a call from Burt who informed me that Floyd Winters was found dead in a hallway near our ventilation room. I asked him "how did he die, who did it, and were is the killer at?" Burt informed me that one of our vents that lead outside was opened and he was stabbed once in the neck and twice in the head. After I heard that I went to our communications room were Burt was and picked up the microphone and said "attention everyone this is Henry speaking I want to inform you that one of our members Floyd Winters was found dead near the ventilation room. Burt Informed me that our vent from the outside is open and that we may have an intruder on board so keep your eyes peeled and grab any weapons in our  armory."

As soon as I said that every member in the clan went to our armory's and grabbed any weapons so that they can defend the station. I turn to Burt and said "if any ship comes by don't let them in and blow them up." Burt nodded and continued to monitor our communications and our defenses of the station.

As I went to the armory and got myself a pistol and a sniper rifle. As I got out of the armory I notice RHM coming up to me and asked "why are you having us all on guard right now I mean there is no way that we have an intruder. Because we would have picked up if we had some one coming to the station. It could be someone in the clan that killed him." I replied "well Burt informed me that a vent from the outside was opened and that made me believe that it cold be an intruder. Who know maybe they had a space suit and hide in a ball of trash in such but that could be a possibility." RHM responded "ah that makes sense our station doesn't pick up on trash coming to the station so that is a possibility I haven't thought of that." "No problem RHM anyways keep your eyes peeled." I responded as RHM nodded and walked away.

Two hours went by me, Ellie, and RHM were sitting patiently waiting for a response from anyone in the clan. As we were in the middle of playing Uno a member called me on my walkie talkie and said "um chief we our delivery bay is letting in a government ship we need people  there right now." As I tried to call Burt to tell him that we need people in our cargo bay I get a mysterious voice form the Burt's side "hello toppat leader I have your communications guy, and I have let in more government official's to bring you to justice. I have also got the former toppat leader both him and the head of communications are unconscious, and I'm almost to an escape pod taking these guys back to earth. This is frog leaving you guys to deal with my friends so see ya soon."

As soon as I heard that I told RHM to chase our intruder as me and Ellie went to our cargo bay. As we got there I see a girl with short dark brown hair and a guy with glasses with a cap on both their heads. I see that they have Mr. Macbeth hostage and telling us that they want to speak with the leader. I turned to Ellie and gave her my sniper rifle and said "Ellie I want to keep one of them alive so that we can interrogate them I believe the pilot would be the best one to interrogate so when I signal shoot the one that has Mr. Macbeth hostage ok." She gave the thumbs up and went to an area with a good vantage point.

As I got up I motioned everyone in the clan to lower their weapons and I came and started speaking "ah hello fine people what has you come to the toppat clan for." I seen the door for the government ship closed and someone with red headphones came to me with a pistol in hand it was Charlies Calvin. I know he doesn't have a good aim so I can use this to my advantage. "Henry we offered you a deal that would have pardoned you of all your crimes and you blew it, and for what just for you to lead the toppat clan really Henry how can you betray the government like that." I responded "well Charlies its nice to see your face again who are these people behind you." Charlies responded " The girl is turtle and the one with the glasses on is eel." I knew that he wouldn't give their names out I look up I see Ellie getting in position and gave me the thumbs up on when to shoot. I look back at Charlies and said "Charlie when I was chasing down the leader of the toppats at the time when I had him in my hands. He gave me an offer that he would surrender leadership to me if I didn't lock him up. I couldn't pass up an opportunity like." Charlies yelled with his gun shacking in his hand " YOU COULDN'T PASS UP AN OPPORTUNITY LIKE THAT!" then he calmed down a bit and said " do you realize how much stuff you have taken so far." I shock my head no he said "well all the stuff you have taken since you have launch this space station into space. All the stuff you have taken combined has a net worth of 2.6 trillion dollars combined. Well toppat king you're coming with us."

I looked at Ellie and winked at her and she fired her sniper rifle at turtle killing her instantly. Charlies turned around and fired his gun at Mr. Macbeths head killing him in the process " no Mr. Macbeth" I shouted I ran up to Charlies and grabbed his gun and disarmed him. Eel shot Blast Conner's six times and he fell on the ground. As everyone in the clan shot eel Charlies grabbed the gun and shot me once in the arm and once in my right knee cap. With the strength I had I was able to knock Charlie unconscious. As the gun  fire came to an end there where four bodies in the room now Mr. Macbeth, and Blast Conner's both died in combat and two government officals laid dead on the floor. I told someone to take Charlies to the brigs as I laid next to the boxes.

As I opened the door I see Henry laying next to a pair of boxes with gunshots on his left shoulder and right knee cap. I immediately ran over to henry and screamed "Henry." Henry looks at me with a tear coming down his face and smiled "Ellie your here thanks you have done a good job today." I look down at him and said "we to take you to our medical room right now." As I picked him up and ran to our elevator as the elevator was moving I was breathing heavily looking at Henry the man who helped me escape prison given me a leadership role within the clan and my best friend is in my arms needing medical assistance. I started to pace back and forth seconds felt like minutes, minutes felt like hours as soon as the elevator reach the floor we needed to be at. I ran to our medical bay and said guys the chief has been shot I need your help. As I gave them Henry the toppat medical team replied "thanks Ellie we'll take a look at the chief alright." As I walked out the medical room still feeling worried about Henry all I have to do is wait.
